Public Online Auction of Abandoned Personal Property of ED KOEHLER Merced, Ca 95340 (On Saturday. 3-21-26) 12pm to 900pm @LeftoverTreasures.com to be sold: all furniture, appliances, tools, shop equipment, decor, all items within building number 1507.

• All Winning Bids Are DUE BY MARCH  15,  12:00 pm (PST)
  • $25 Late Fee will be applied!
• 15% Buyers Premium & Sales Tax Added To All Winning Bids.
  • Resellers, please check the Tax Exempt Box at checkout. (permit verified in person)
• Paid items not removed by deadline, will not be refunded. 
  • This is fully enforced with no response to emails, text, phone calls from Leftover Treasures.
  • $25 Fee for orders not removed by pick up deadline.

Soft Closing / Bidding:

• If a bid occurs in the last 21 seconds. Auction timer will extend to an additional 50 Seconds. Bids in the final 15 seconds are not recommended with weak/mobile connections!
• Direct Bid: Which is the next bid increment.
• Custom Bid or Max Bid: (example: starting bid is $1.00. You enter $100.00, If no one else is bidding. Then it will read “current bid is $1.00” The system will automatically bid up to $100 automatically, until someone out bids you.
• Auto: If you are bidding but you keep seeing “auto” next to bidders name. That is because they have set a maximum custom bid, as explained above. You will not be the current bidder until you surpass the other bidder. It is the same as eBay bidding.
• Buy Now: Some items may have a “buy now” option. At any time anyone can purchase the item via “buy now” this will remove it from the auction and close that item.

  • HAND CRANK FORK LIFT AND PALLET JACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE
  • ROLL DOOR UP ACCESS IS AVAILABLE.
  • DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP AT THIS TIME(s)
  • You can have someone pick up your items for you.
  • At order pick up, YOU are required to pack/load/move all your items, ALSO FIND & GATHER YOUR ITEMS. Please plan and make your arrangements, if you have questions, please contact me @ 559-499-9722. Hand Trucks, Furniture dollies, tools, assistance are available, when not in use.
  • You or someone you know can pick up your items. They must have your order # (that order # is exclusive to you)

***Important Notice***

If you purchase “Contents of a cabinet/shelf” please arrive at the start of the pick up on Sunday (10am). Otherwise that individual will be tasked with removing YOUR ITEMS from their cabinet/shelf.

If you purchase a cabinet with someone else items inside. Please try to arrive after 12pm.

Sale Terms and Conditions:

• Buyers Premium is 15% (added to all winning bids plus sales tax)
• BUY NOW! Purchases will not be charged Buyers Premium! (when available)
• All purchases subject to sales tax. All Sales are final. No returns, No refunds allowed. Please inspect review all photos and info prior to bidding/purchasing.
• RE-SELLERS. Click the Tax Exempt box at checkout. Your permit will be verified in person.
• Bids and items may be removed with or without notice (rare occurrence)
• (As a added layer of website security) WE DO NOT Bill your card on file automatically. After you’ve won your LAST ITEM please login to pay. (If not paid on time, then you will be billed by Leftover Treasures, but late fees will be applied)

Missed Payments Policy & Credit Reporting Collections:

All payments are due before the Auction Pick Up begins. Failure to submit payment will result in Bidding Account Suspension.

The suspension will be lifted once payment is received.

After the auction pick up, your items will no longer be available. The amounts for the you items won will be treated as a Past Due Balance. This Past Due Balance will be collected by, Leftover Treasures or can submitted by you, in order to remove the Bidding Suspension. If you create another account to avoid this balance. Leftover Treasures will ban access via your IP Address. 

A PAST DUE BALANCE WILL REMAIN ON YOUR ACCOUNT, THIS BALANCE WILL BE REFERRED TO A 3RD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY, WHICH WILL BE REPORTED TO YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT.

YOU are required to check verify your account activity.

• This includes: Checking if items are won/lost
• Verifying pick up location(s) & Pick up times. BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID!
• Verify all items won are paid for.
• ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE THE DAY OF AUCTION CLOSE
