* A 13.5% buyer's premium will be added to every item sold. There is a 3.5% discount for cash buyers that contact us by phone or email BEFORE 2:00 pm on the auction closing day.

* All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. Items not picked up during that time will be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated.

* If you are unable to pick up during the designated times and dates, it is your responsibility to contact me and make arrangements prior to the end of the auction. I will hold items for up to 5 days after the end of the pick up dates. There is a daily storage & handling fee that will be charged. After the 5 days, the items will be put back up for bid on a different auction.

* No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full.

* It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items.

* Cash upon pickup or credit cards only.

* Shipping is available on most items but not all items.

* SHIPPING - Pickup of merchandise, packing and shipping is handled by Suzanne and Wacky Pack & Ship. PLEASE NOTE: Handling fees will be incurred for services rendered (pickup, packing, shipping) upon request. Wacky Pack & Ship can pick up and hold your auction items if you cannot make pickup for whatever reason. If you are long distance or out of state and want to pick up your item(s) but cannot do so during the specified pickup times, Suzanne can help with that as well. * Shipping is available on items that can be boxed and shipped thru USPS or UPS. Keep in mind that large, heavy or oversized items are expensive to pack and ship (i.e. Framed pictures w/glass, golf bags w/clubs, etc) and Suzanne does not regulate or have any control of the shipping rates. Furniture is not shippable.

* Call Suzanne for shipping estimates PRIOR to bidding so as not to be surprised by the rising and changing cost of shipping recently. Any packing and shipping requests or address changes should be sent directly to Suzanne at sendit@wackypackandship.com to guarantee attention to your requests.

* Wacky Pack & Ship is a 3rd Party Shipper and NOT associated with the Dean's Auctions LLC or HiBid but they work hand in hand. All shipping expenses are invoiced to the customer DIRECTLY from Wacky Pack & Ship and NEVER auto-charged.
