Payment Instructions: Payment must be received before any items can be removed. Terms are cash, good check with proper ID and bank letter of credit, credit card or wire transfer. There is a 14% buyer's premium added to online bidding with a 4% cash discount. Michigan sales tax of 6% applies without tax ID and exemption form. Shipping Instructions: Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Items can be picked up on Saturday December 20th before 12:00pm and M-F 9:00-4:30 pm.
