Auction Information and Terms:
PLEASE NOTE: All third-party grading/appraisals are NOT guaranteed. Any certificates that come with merchandise are provided by the seller and NOT by Hessney Auction Company, and Hessney Auction Company does not guarantee their accuracy or authenticity.

Bidding Ends: Wed. April 22, starting at 4:00 pm. See individual items for exact closing times.
Extended Bidding:This is a timed auction with staggered closing. Starting at 4pm each item will close with 20-second intervals. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of an item closing, the item will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes.

Preview In Person: Tues, April 21, 2026, from 9:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Hessney Auction Center.
You are encouraged to preview any items in person before placing a bid. If you have any specific questions, you may also call or email us the Friday before the auction ends. We can provide additional photos or details upon request.

Pickup Information:
Thursday and Friday after the auction, Thurs. 930-4 and Fri. 9:30-5:00 pm at Hessney Auction Center, 2741 Rt. 14N, Geneva, NY.
All items must be picked up during these hours unless prior arrangements are made.

Shipping & Packing Terms:
Shipping Selection: You will receive an email and/or text from Shipping Saint and Hessney Auction Co. with a link to choose "Shipping" or "Pick Up." If you select shipping, our staff will gather your items and move them to our shipping area. Once the items are packed, you will receive a notification with the shipping cost and a tracking number. Payment for shipping is due before the items are shipped.

Handling Fees: A handling fee of $5�$10 per package will apply.
USPS Priority Mail boxes: $5 flat fee for handling.Larger or non-Standard boxes may incur up to a $10 handling fee.

Shipping Costs:Shipping charges are based on USPS or UPS rates, plus the handling fee.

Insurance:Hessney Auction Co. ships via USPS and UPS with insurance coverage for items valued at $100 or more. The cost of insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be arranged through Shipping Saint.
Important: If your item is lost or damaged during transit, all claims MUST be made through Hessney Auction Company within 30 days of shipment. Claims made independently will void insurance coverage, and we will not be able to assist with the claim.
Note: Insurance does not cover coins.
Limitation of Liability for Transit Services: Buyer agrees that Hessney Auction�s liability for loss or damage to items ends once the items are delivered to the secure location and evidence of delivery is provided. Any loss or damage must be reported to Hessney Auction within 72 hours of the delivery date. Hessney Auction is not liable for consequential or punitive damages.

Shipping Address:Shipments must be sent to the billing address of the cardholder as provided during registration.

Auction Terms:AS IS, WHERE IS:All items are sold "As Is, Where Is." Hessney Auction Co. makes no guarantees about the condition, authenticity, or quality of any item beyond what is stated in the auction listing.We will make every effort to note any obvious problems, but there are no comprehensive condition reports. Buyers are encouraged to preview all items and ask questions or request additional photographs prior to bidding.

All sales are final�NO RETURNS and NO CHARGEBACKS.

Lot Description: Some lots may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the number of items in the lot. Example: "12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00.

Payment Terms: All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, wire transfers, and certified bank checks (payment due the next business day). A 13% Buyer�s Premium will be added to the winning bid on each lot and must be paid by the buyer.

All First-time, or buyers purchasing high-value items, Gold or other (e.g., jewelry, coins, stamps) or with order that exceed $1k will be asked to pay with certified funds.
Payment is due upon the closing of the auction.

Credit Card Payment: Sales will only be processed to the registered cardholder. All shipments will only be sent to the registered and verified billing address of the cardholder.
No chargebacks will be accepted.

Buyer's Premium:A 13% Buyer�s Premium applies to all purchases. This premium is added to the winning bid amount and must be paid as part of the total purchase price.

Bidding Increments:All jewelry items will start at $5.00. Coins typically start at .25 cents. Firearms start at $25.00
Increments may vary depending on the auction item .Hessney Auction Co. reserves the right to adjust the bid increments during the auction, especially if there is no active bidding. This may include reducing increments to stimulate bidding or adjusting them as we approach the closing time.

Maximum Bids:By placing a maximum bid, you are agreeing to pay any amount up to your maximum bid if you win the item.

Acceptance of Terms :By registering for and placing bids online, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Before placing your first bid, you must accept these Terms & Conditions by checking the registration box. Auction Information and Terms: PLEASE NOTE: All third-party grading/appraisals are NOT guaranteed. Any certificates that come with merchandise are provided by the seller and NOT by Hessney Auction Company, and Hessney Auction Company does not guarantee their accuracy or authenticity. Bidding Ends: Wed. April 22, starting at 4:00 pm. See individual items for exact closing times. Extended Bidding:This is a timed auction with staggered closing. Starting at 4pm each item will close with 20-second intervals. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of an item closing, the item will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes. Preview In Person: Tues, April 21, 2026, from 9:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Hessney Auction Center. You are encouraged to preview any items in person before placing a bid. If you have any specific questions, you may also call or email us the Friday before the auction ends. We can provide additional photos or details upon request. Pickup Information: Thursday and Friday after the auction, Thurs. 930-4 and Fri. 9:30-5:00 pm at Hessney Auction Center, 2741 Rt. 14N, Geneva, NY. All items must be picked up during these hours unless prior arrangements are made. Shipping & Packing Terms: Shipping Selection: You will receive an email and/or text from Shipping Saint and Hessney Auction Co. with a link to choose "Shipping" or "Pick Up." If you select shipping, our staff will gather your items and move them to our shipping area. Once the items are packed, you will receive a notification with the shipping cost and a tracking number. Payment for shipping is due before the items are shipped. Handling Fees: A handling fee of $5�$10 per package will apply. USPS Priority Mail boxes: $5 flat fee for handling.Larger or non-Standard boxes may incur up to a $10 handling fee. Shipping Costs:Shipping charges are based on USPS or UPS rates, plus the handling fee. Insurance:Hessney Auction Co. ships via USPS and UPS with insurance coverage for items valued at $100 or more. The cost of insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be arranged through Shipping Saint. Important: If your item is lost or damaged during transit, all claims MUST be made through Hessney Auction Company within 30 days of shipment. Claims made independently will void insurance coverage, and we will not be able to assist with the claim. Note: Insurance does not cover coins. Limitation of Liability for Transit Services: Buyer agrees that Hessney Auction�s liability for loss or damage to items ends once the items are delivered to the secure location and evidence of delivery is provided. Any loss or damage must be reported to Hessney Auction within 72 hours of the delivery date. Hessney Auction is not liable for consequential or punitive damages. Shipping Address:Shipments must be sent to the billing address of the cardholder as provided during registration. Auction Terms:AS IS, WHERE IS:All items are sold "As Is, Where Is." Hessney Auction Co. makes no guarantees about the condition, authenticity, or quality of any item beyond what is stated in the auction listing.We will make every effort to note any obvious problems, but there are no comprehensive condition reports. Lot Description: Some lots may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the number of items in the lot. Example: "12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00. Payment Terms: All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, wire transfers, and certified bank checks (payment due the next business day). A 13% Buyer�s Premium will be added to the winning bid on each lot and must be paid by the buyer. All First-time, or buyers purchasing high-value items, Gold or other (e.g., jewelry, coins, stamps) or with order that exceed $1k will be asked to pay with certified funds. Payment is due upon the closing of the auction. Credit Card Payment: Sales will only be processed to the registered cardholder.
