Refund requests should be sent to Biddingfordeals@gmail.com. Refund Request Deadline: All refund requests must be submitted via email to Biddingfordeals@gmail.com no later than 6:00 PM following the end of the auction Before The 48h Deadline. We do not accept refund requests via phone call or text message. Required Information: Your email must include: A PDF copy of your invoice. The specific lot number(s) you are requesting a refund for. A detailed description of the issue. Item Return Deadline: If your refund is approved, the item(s) must be returned to our store between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the Tuesday following the refund approval. Returns are only accepted during this timeframe unless an alternative appointment has been pre-approved.
