Payment: Turn Key will process the credit card on file within 24 hours of the auction closing.

If you want to become an approved cash buyer, please submit your request by email at turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com BEFORE bidding. Any submissions after 6 PM on 5/17 will not be considered.

This is a tax-exempt auction. Sales tax will NOT be collected/added to your purchase

Shipping: SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON MOST LOTS.

Turn Key does not ship your items personally.  We cannot answer shipping questions. We will coordinate shipping with South Pike Postal & Notary (724-540-1550). They are a 3rd party shipper. Please direct any shipping questions to them. 

Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING before Wed. May 20 @ 6:30 PM EST, by emailing turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com.

After 6:30 PM EST on Wed. May 20, 2026, all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited.
