Winning bidders will be sent a link to schedule their pick-up time. Payment: Turn Key will process the credit card on file within 24 hours of the auction closing. The email/invoice will come from “AUCTION NOTICE”, please check your SPAM. If you do not receive it by 10AM after the auction closes, please email us at turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com If you want to become an approved cash buyer, please submit your request by email at turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com BEFORE bidding. Any submissions after 6 PM on 4/26 will not be considered. TAX EXEMPT: YOU MUST SUBMIT A TAX EXEMPTION REQUEST W/ THE TAX EXEMPTION DOCUMENT BEFORE THE AUCTION'S CLOSE. SUBMISSIONS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Shipping: SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON ALL LOTS. Turn Key does not ship your items. We cannot answer shipping questions. We will coordinate shipping with South Pike Postal & Notary (724-540-1550). They are a 3rd party shipper. Please direct any shipping questions to them. Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING before Tuesday, April @ 6:30 PM EST, by emailing turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com. After 6:30 PM EST on Monday, March 30, 2026, all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited. SHIPPING TIMELINE Turn Key will deliver your items to the shipper by the close of business on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. South Pike Postal will then contact you to facilitate shipping & process shipping payment. They will make 2 attempts to call you. If your voicemail is not set up or you do not listen to your voicemail, you may want to save their number (724-540-1550). You should expect their phone call within 5-7 business days of the auction closing.
