1. SIGN-UP SHEET: Only the sheet posted by CAIT’S ® Estate Sales & Emporium will be
honored. **It will be taped to/near the front door AT 8AM each morning of the sale (and AT
9AM if the estate sale is located at our warehouse). You can sign up a MAXIMUM of ONE other
person. DO NOT sign up on a sheet that another customer started. It will NOT be honored, and
names will NOT be transferred to the list that we post.
**The sign-up sheet terms / times are subject to change. In some instances, a sign-up sheet may
not be posted due to the HOA, extreme weather, our discretion, or other restrictions. Make sure
you check the “sale description” for any changes prior to arriving.
2. PURCHASES: You are purchasing items from the homeowner (NOT CAIT’S ® Estate Sales &
Emporium). Therefore, we do not guarantee or warranty any items, and we are not responsible
for any items left behind by customers. It is your responsibility to inspect and check all items
prior to purchasing. All sales are final / no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
3. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, and Zelle (a 3% processing fee
applies on all orders paid via card or Apple Pay)
4. PRICING/DETAILS/PRE-SALES: We do not provide any details prior to the sale and pre-
sales are not permitted.
5. RESPECT OUR TEAM AND FOLLOW SHOPPERS: Verbal/physical disputes or
disrespectful comments of any kind towards our team or fellow customers will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance.
6. ADMITTANCE: We reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.
7. MOVING LARGE /HEAVY ITEMS: You are responsible for providing your own help and
tools to ensure large/heavy items are safely removed without damaging the homeowner’s
property. Our team is unable to assist moving or loading heavy items.
8. ITEM AVAILABILITY: Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as limited space,
multiple sales, and/or an owner's decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you
may find not all items will be at the sale. To inquire about a specific item, please call the sale’s
phone number listed in the advertisement and/or 708-995-7746 and our team will be happy to
confirm availability and pricing.
9. DISCOUNTS DAYS: Some restrictions may apply. We do not retake pictures after the first
day, so if you are interested in an item, we recommend calling to confirm an item’s availability.
10. NO public restrooms, NO large bags, NO outside food/drinks.
11. WATCH YOUR STEP / ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: You are responsible for any slips,
falls, and damage or harm that you may cause to yourself, others, or the homeowner’s property.
CAIT’S ® Estate Sales & Emporium and their client are not responsible or liable for any such
instance. By entering the grounds and estate sale, you accept all responsibility, agree to these
terms, and consent to being photographed/videotaped. Watch your step at all times.
