Auction closes Thursday, March 26, 2026, beginning at 7pm EST.

Advance bidding opens Sunday, March 15, 2026

Pickup is Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 9am until 3pm EST only, at 19 Waterman Avenue, Toronto.

Winning bidders may request an alternate pickup day and time. Email timothyloughmiller@gmail.com after winning and prior to Sunday, March 29, AND pay your invoice in full via Etransfer to timothy@timothyestatesales.com by midnight EST Saturday, March 28, 2026.

If you think that you are a winning bidder but do not receive an invoice within 12 hours of the auction closing, it is your responsibility to reach out to timothyloughmiller@gmail.com immediately.

Payment is in person at the pickup on Sunday, March 29, 2026, with credit card, debit card or cash.

Or, Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com by midnight EST Saturday, March 28, 2026, but not in person. Please include your invoice number.

There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases.

Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up with a verifiable invoice. Government issued photo identification matching the invoice may be required.

All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described, and may not be suitable for intended purposes.

By exiting the pickup location buyers agree that they have all the items that they purchased and accept them in their current condition.

All measurements are in inches and feet unless noted otherwise, and are approximate only.

Gold and silver lot weights listed only when available.

Storage and handling fees may apply in the event that a late pickup is approved.

Buyers agree to not hold the owners and/or operators of the pickup property and/or the pickup staff responsible for loss, damage, injury, accident, mishap, incident or force majeure.

Seller has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without repercussion.

Buyers with a negative history may be denied the ability to bid.

Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions can and will result in a permanent loss of bidding priviledges.

Selling a large collection of antique, classic and contemporary bicycles from the estate of a long-time bicycle enthusiast. Features of this sale include an antique late-1800's well-preserved Cleveland mens' bicycle built in Toronto by the Lozier Company. Further highlights of this sale include early 1900's bikes, vintage 30's, '40's, '50's, '60's and 70's bikes, up to present day. All bikes offered in as-found condition - may require attention to be roadworthy.
