Any items not removed the next day after auction ends will be considered abandoned and disposed of by QSI.

All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees - sales are final. QSI assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listings. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description.

Items are available for inspection prior to bidding, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item or items and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere, item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update or cancellation at any time without notice.

Payment may be made by credit card, Debit card or cash. We do not accept money orders or checks of any kind. Payments need to be received and paid in full before removal of any item will be permitted. If you do not make payment on your winning bids by 4 PM the last day of check out, the card you registered with will be charged. You will then have 24 hours to pick up your items. After that ALL items will be considered abandoned and revert back to the auction company. Sales tax will be charged unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. If you are tax exempt you will be required to present your Sales and Tax Use Permit. All major credit cards are accepted.

An invoice will be sent to your email address registered with QUALITY SALVAGE after the sale concludes. By purchasing any item and or items in this auction the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms.
