Bidders are personally responsible for all bids placed under their bidder number. All property is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, or exchanges. McGee Auction makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions; however, all measurements, descriptions, and counts are approximate. Printed or verbal statements are offered in good faith but are matters of opinion. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding and for determining condition, completeness, and suitability.
