PICKUP DATES & TIMES
Thursday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 12:00 Noon
Please plan to arrive early to allow sufficient time for pickup.

Shipping Service:
Shipping is available for small items only.
The following items are NOT eligible for shipping:
Furniture
Mirrors
Dish sets
Chandeliers
Large artwork
Large lot groupings
If you require shipping, please select the shipping option during registration.

Shipping Confirmation:
A shipping quote will be emailed for your review and approval, along with a request to confirm your delivery address.
All shipping arrangements must be finalized before Saturday in order for your item(s) to be dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address matches the address on file to avoid delays.

Storage Policy;
If you need to arrange pickup the following week, you must email us in advance. Storage fees will apply and must be paid in cash.
Storage Fees (One Week Only)
Small Items: $20 per lot (regardless of hammer price)
Furniture: $40 per lot (regardless of hammer price)

Missed Pickups & Forfeiture:
Items will not be held due to missed pickups.
All items must be collected during the scheduled pickup days and times.
Failure to retrieve your items will result in forfeiture of the lot(s) with no refunds or exchanges.

Tax ID Policy:
Tax exemptions cannot be applied retroactively.
A valid Tax ID must be submitted at the time of registration. ( You Must Upload a Copy)
Refunds will not be issued for late Tax ID submissions.- (Auction Ninja Needs to Approve it before bidding)
otherwise tax will be added to the invoice ( No Refund will be issued after the fact )
