To register to bid on the auction you must agree to the following terms:

As is, Where is: All equipment sold on the auction is sold as is, where is. It is the responsibility of the bidder to come to the provided viewing times to know the status and condition of the items.

Tax Exempt: If you are tax exempt, bring a copy of your ST3 or other tax-exempt forms to pickup or email it to contact@acesbid.com

Anti Sniping: To prevent sniping, if a bid is placed within 2 minutes of the lot closing the timer will reset to 2 minutes. This will continue until no bid is placed within the 2-minute timeframe.

Responsibility to Remove: If you are the highest bidder on a piece, it is your responsibility to bring enough help to remove the piece in the allotted pickup time frame. Failure to remove the item by end of pickup will result in the piece being considered abandonment.

Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium will be added to each lot in the amount of 13% of the highest bid.

Sales Tax: State and local sales tax will be applied to each lot individually.

Accepted Payments: Aces Bid only accepts Cash, Cashiers’ Check, and Card. All cashiers’ checks must be made out to Aces Bid in the full amount due and the buyer must have a valid ID on them when picking up. Aces Bid does not accept personal or business checks.

Discount: Paying with cash or cashier's check entitles you to a 3% discount on the final total.

Abandonment: If you fail to pay for or make plans to pay for equipment within two hours of pickup closing, the full amount due will be charged to your credit card.

Bidding: By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the lot for the bid amount and any applicable taxes and fees if you are the highest bidder. If there is a bidding error, Aces Bid must be notified within one hour. If not, the bidder will be held responsible for payment of the bid.

Accuracy of Information: By agreeing to these terms you are also agreeing that all information on your account is truthful and up to date including but not limited to Name, Phone Number, Address, and Credit Card Information. An authorization hold of $1 will be applied to the card to ensure its authenticity.

To register to bid on the auction you must agree to the following terms: As is, Where is: All equipment sold on the auction is sold as is, where is. It is the responsibility of the bidder to come to the provided viewing times to know the status and condition of the items. Tax Exempt: If you are tax exempt, bring a copy of your ST3 or other tax-exempt forms to pickup or email it to contact@acesbid.com Anti Sniping: To prevent sniping, if a bid is placed within 2 minutes of the lot closing the timer will reset to 2 minutes. This will continue until no bid is placed within the 2-minute timeframe. Responsibility to Remove: If you are the highest bidder on a piece, it is your responsibility to bring enough help to remove the piece in the allotted pickup time frame. Failure to remove the item by end of pickup will result in the piece being considered abandonment. Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium will be added to each lot in the amount of 13% of the highest bid. Sales Tax: State and local sales tax will be applied to each lot individually. Accepted Payments: Aces Bid only accepts Cash, Cashiers’ Check, and Card. All cashiers’ checks must be made out to Aces Bid in the full amount due and the buyer must have a valid ID on them when picking up. Aces Bid does not accept personal or business checks. Discount: Paying with cash or cashier's check entitles you to a 3% discount on the final total. Abandonment: If you fail to pay for or make plans to pay for equipment within two hours of pickup closing, the full amount due will be charged to your credit card. Bidding: By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the lot for the bid amount and any applicable taxes and fees if you are the highest bidder. If there is a bidding error, Aces Bid must be notified within one hour. If not, the bidder will be held responsible for payment of the bid. Accuracy of Information: By agreeing to these terms you are also agreeing that all information on your account is truthful and up to date including but not limited to Name, Phone Number, Address, and Credit Card Information. An authorization hold of $1 will be applied to the card to ensure its authenticity.
