Online Auction Start/Close: Wednesday March 18th @ Noon CST to Saturday, March 21st @ 5:00 p CST (Soft Close).



Soft Close: The auction program has a soft close feature designed to stagger the close of each lot by 10 seconds. However, if a bid is received within 2 minutes from the closing time, that particular lot is extended an additional 2 minutes. This action will repeat itself until bidding has ceased for at least 2 minutes. This provides bidders with a true auction method and not last second sniping as seen on other sites like ebay.



Auction Preview: Wednesday March 18th 10a-5p, & Saturday March 21st Noon-4p, or by appointment only. Call Ales Auction Services @ 309/242-0617 to set an appointment. If you submit a bid without attending a preview, you agree and accept the posted photo(s) as your preview. The buyer relies exclusively on their pre - auction inspection and all lots are sold with all faults and defects within. If you choose not to attend preview, you assume all faults and defects within. The location of the auction is 1345 County Road 2250E, Roanoke, Illinois.



Registration: You must register online to bid in this auction. Follow the simple steps on the auction site to register. If you do not have internet capabilities, call between 8a CST and 8p CST for assistance. If unknown to Ales Auction Services, ALL BIDDERS will be required to electronically send a photo of their government issued ID as proof of person. Failure to do so will disqualify you from participating in the auction.



Auction Terms and Conditions: All items are sold AS IS with no guarantees, warranties, or representations expressed or implied. Not responsible for errors, omissions, or accidents. All sales are final. Please inspect the item and ask questions before you bid. Announcements day of sale take precedent over printed and digital materials. By submitting a bid, you understand that your bid is a binding contract between you and Ales Auction Services. You further agree to pay all fees associated with the purchase price (if applicable). For internet based auctions only, we reserve the right to cancel or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure.



Firearms: A 20.00 processing fee is added to all firearms purchases. Any shipment of firearms must be made to another licensed dealer of the buyer's choice. Successful bidder is the responsible person for background check and retrieval of firearm. Waiting period will commence once item is sold.



Payment: Payment is due within 48 hrs from the close of the auction. We accept cash, local checks if known by the Auctioneer, and credit/ debit card. All buyers will receive an email from Shipping Saint asking if you intend to pick up or require shipping. All buyers requiring shipping will have their card on file charged for the hammer price and Buyer's premium. Once we receive payment, you will receive another invoice from Shipping Saint for shipment costs within 2-7 days from payment. All internet purchases in excess of $1,000.00 must be made via wire transfer. Transfer fee is $10.00. A 5% fee is added to all credit card charges. No chargebacks are accepted. Bidders who chargeback will be permanently banned from our sales. There is a 7% buyer premium.



Checkout/Pickup Dates: Sunday, March 22nd 10a - 5p, and Monday March 23rd 10a - 5p. If you can't pickup during these times, call Auctioneer at 309/242-0617 prior to bidding to make arrangements. If items are not retrieved during checkout, a $5.00 storage fee will be charged per item, per day unless arraignments agreed to by the auctioneer are made. We are reasonable so a phone call goes a long way to prevent problems.



Shipping: We do offer shipping on most items. Please observe the delivery truck in the lot photo. If it has a red prohibition sign over the truck, then shipping is not available for that item. Call if you are unsure. Once we receive payment for the hammer price and buyer premium, you will receive another invoice from Shipping Saint for shipment costs within 2-7 days from payment. Once you have paid your shipping invoice, you will receive tracking information via email. Auctioneer is not responsible for loss or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.



Handling Fee: Handling is $10.00 or less per package, or $15.00 hr rounded to the nearest quarter hr, whichever is greater. Handling fees may vary from item to item. Please read item descriptions.



Failure to Pay: Failure to retrieve and pay for your items after March 26th will result in your forfeiture or claim on said items, and these items will be resold unless you make prior arrangements with the Auctioneer. You will be further banned from participating in any of our auctions, either live or online, and you further agree to reimburse Ales Auction Services for any costs associated with your failure to pay.
