1. Everything sells where is, as is, without a written or assumed warranty or guarantee.

2. All sales are final.

3. Bid accordingly as there are NO RETURNS.

4. NOTICE! Loading is the buyers responsibility. Legacy Auction Company employees will assist in locating items. You, the buyer are responsible for checking lot numbers against your invoice.

5. We can ship your items. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. A shipping quote can be provided upon request. Large, bulky, or fragile items are very expensive to ship. All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL.

6. Please Note: Legacy Auction Co. assumes no liability for the accuracy of the description of the items being offered. If you, the buyer, are relying solely on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence PRIOR to bidding on the item, you can determine what you believe is the asset being offered.

7. We will charge your credit card on file immediately after the close of the auction unless prior arrangements are made. Payment by cash, check or wire transfer only for any precious metals!

8. Auction site could be at a dangerous location. Legacy Auction Company and seller will not be held responsible for any accidents. Buyer will take full responsibility for their actions.

9. Purchased items not picked up during posted pick up hours will be deemed abandoned and the buyers account blocked. Items will be resold. Legacy Auction Company will not relocate auction purchases for any reason. If you cannot pickup during posted hours, please do not bid.

10. Firearms: All Federal and State laws will be followed for transfer of all firearms. If you do not have a permit to carry or a permit to purchase we will require a background check. If this is the case, be advised this could take up to a week to clear. Transfer of the firearm will not take place until after that time. There will be a $25 transfer fee per gun charged to the buyer.

11. Some items will be subject to a 7% sales tax charge.

12. Legacy Auction Company is a fully licensed auto dealership and will follow all regulations. Vehicles will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18. No off site test driving allowed.

13. You acknowledge that the internet may be an unreliable and error-prone network. Legacy Auction Company will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. Legacy Auction Company and its employees will not be responsible for any interruptions in online bidding. At the sole discretion of the Company, the auction may be suspended, postponed, or cancelled if internet service is unstable or disrupts the online portion of any event that is simulcast as an Internet Auction.

14. Close Process: The auction will begin to close at the advertised time. Our auctions have a staggered close which means that each lot is scheduled to close at a slightly different time. Each lot has its close time displayed. We use a soft close. This means that if a lot receives a bid within 1 minute of its close, that lot will have its close time extended back to 1 minute, this will give other bidders a chance to bid again. When no bids are received for one minute, that lot will close.
