For invoices over $2,500, accepted forms of payment are: Bank Certified Cashier’s Check Cash Bank Wire Transfer ($35 wire fee) For invoices under $2,500, you may pay CASH IN PERSSON or online by debit or credit card. No personal or business checks will be accepted under any circumstances. 3. Load-Out Requirements: Bring your own tools, ladders (if necessary), and sufficient help to dismantle, move, and load your items. Load-out is available only on the scheduled day, NO EXCEPTIONS ON THIS AUCTION AS PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD and we have to be out on the date stated. 4. Responsibility After Purchase: It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect and verify all purchased items before leaving the auction site. If an item is missing after you leave, there is nothing we can do. If an item is confirmed to still be at the site, the bidder must return on the same pick-up day or arrange to pay for shipping (if offered).
