This auction is an online only auction. All bidding will be conducted online; merchandise pickup will take place at the Briggs Auction Showroom in Garnet Valley.
To bid in this auction, you must register on either the Bid At Briggs or Live Auctioneers online bidding platform directly and may not register in person. Mobile bidding is available with the Briggs Auction or Live Auctioneers apps. The Buyer’s Premium noted in the auction terms will be added to each successful bid. PA State Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to each sale, including the buyer’s premium, unless exempted by law. Pre-Auction/absentee bidding is open. At 10AM on March 27, real-time online-only bidding will begin on both platforms. All merchandise must be paid in full within two weeks of the auction date. All items must be removed from Briggs Auction, Inc. within 45 days of the auction, after which they will be considered abandoned. All items are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE.
