Bidding with the Reynolds Auction Company, you accept the following terms and conditions of this Auction:
AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
" Out-of-state buyers without an established HiBid history will not be permitted to bid.
" All bidders must register prior to placing any bids.
" Bids cannot be retracted or modified once the auction begins.
" All sales are final. All items are sold "AS IS", with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, including warranty of merchantability. By placing a bid, the purchaser accepts the item in its current "AS IS" condition.
" It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of items prior to bidding. We strongly recommend inspecting lots before placing bids.
" All condition reports provided by Reynolds Auction Co. are subjective opinions. Reynolds Auction Co. is not responsible for errors in description, including but not limited to age, size, measurements, condition, rarity, importance, or provenance. Descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.
" A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases.
" Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment for this auction. We accept Visa and MasterCard only.
" Purchases exceeding $1000.00 for gold, sterling silver, jewelry, vehicles and equipment may require payment by certified funds or wire transfer unless prior arrangements are made. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
" NOTE: Any purchases including the sale of automobile will be invoiced together. Cash, Wire Transfer or Certified Bank check within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
" Payment is due in full within the time limits posted for the auction. All payments will be processed using the credit card provided at registration.
" A 15% Buyer's Premium and NYS Sales Tax (for NYS buyers) will be added to all applicable purchases. Tax exemption information must be entered before the auction closes. No refunds will be issued for tax charged due to missing or late exemption documentation.
" By bidding in this auction, you enter into a binding contract and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Winning bidders accept full responsibility for completing their purchase. Reynolds Auction Co., its employees, officers, owners, representatives, agents, and consignors, shall not be held liable for any losses, claims, liabilities, or judgments.
" Reynolds Auction Co. shall not be held liable for any expenses, fees, or other damages arising from the use of our services, website, auction property, or this site, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, disputes between bidders, or any breach of these terms by a bidder.
" All successful bidders are required to sign their receipt at the time of pickup, acknowledging that all items have been received and are in satisfactory condition. There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. This is an auction sale and not a retail transaction.
" Reynolds Auction Co. is not responsible for any delays or interruptions in internet service, errors, or omissions caused by any means. We do not guarantee continual, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the website.
" Reynolds Auction Co. reserves the right to suspend bidding, withdraw or re-sell any item or lot, and/or void any sale at its sole discretion and for any reason.
" All sales are subject to applicable New York State sales tax for NYS buyers. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the purchase price of every item.
" If you are tax exempt, you must indicate your exemption at the time of registration and provide a valid, current exemption certificate before the auction closes.
" If proper documentation is not received no later than 4:00 PM EST on the day the auction closes sales tax will be charged. Once the auction concludes and credit cards have been processed, sales tax will not be removed or refunded.
" Bids cannot be retracted or modified once the auction begins.
" All items must be picked up within the scheduled pickup timeframe. Please carefully review the posted pickup dates and times. If you are unable to attend, you must arrange for someone to pick up your items on your behalf. Please Note: Shipping is available on certain items, please see shipping policy. No alternative pickup times will be offered.
" If items are not removed and no prior arrangements have been made, any items left after 14 days will become the property of Reynolds Auction Co. and may be resold or disposed of at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

" Reynolds Auction Co. is not liable for any damage to property left on the auction premises after the auction and designated pickup timeframe has concluded. We are also not responsible for damage to items during transport or storage after the auction day and scheduled pickup period. No refunds will be issued for items damaged after these timeframes have ended.
" There are no refunds or returns on any items sold in this auction.

RESALE TAX BUYERS - NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS
New York State law requires us to collect sales tax unless we have a valid resale or exemption certificate on file.
All required exemption documentation must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM EST on the day the auction closes. If the proper forms are not received by that time, sales tax will be charged.
Please note: Once sales tax has been charged, it will NOT be refunded.
To avoid delays or additional charges, we strongly encourage you to submit your exemption documentation as early as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY
" Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Each lot is marked with either a "Shipping Available" or "No Shipping Available" icon. Please review each item carefully for shipping eligibility prior to bidding.
" Shipping availability is determined at the sole discretion of Reynolds Auction Company and is based on size, weight, fragility, and condition of the item.
" Shipping is available on select items only. We do not automatically ship every lot.
" Most packaging and shipping is completed in-house. However, Reynolds Auction Company reserves the right to require professional third-party packing for fragile items (including but not limited to glass, lamps, etc.) at the buyer's expense.
" Buyers are responsible for all shipping-related charges, including:
o Shipping costs (USPS or UPS rates)
o Insurance
o Signature confirmation (if required)
o Handling fees (based on materials and time required)
All shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable.
" We do not provide shipping estimates prior to the close of the auction. Bidders who decide shipping costs are too expensive after the auction closes and abandon their purchases remain fully responsible for payment.
" For items located at offsite auction locations, Reynolds Auction Company charges a $25 per hour fee (prorated) for transporting items to our auction house for shipping. This fee is based on time and size of the items.
" Reynolds Auction Company partners with Shipping Saint. After the auction closes, buyers will receive a link via text or email to select either "Shipping" or "Pick Up."
o If "Shipping" is selected, our staff will gather your items.
o Once packed, you will receive notification of the shipping cost.
o Payment for the shipping label is required prior to shipment.
o A tracking number will be provided once the package ships.
o You will receive status notifications throughout the shipping process.
" Please note: We have a small staff handling packing and shipping. Processing may take several days following the close of the auction. We will make every effort to ship purchases as quickly as possible.
