Boone Auctions will secure titles and distribute as soon as possible for each titled item. Items that say "Title to Arrive" or "Title Present" will have a title. If it does not mention a title, assume that there is not one, and that is how that item is being sold. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. Although we strive to do this as little as possible, (Boone Auctions) reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items at any time. Boone Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase. All bidders agree to receive text, email, & or postage notifications about our upcoming events. All auctions are considered to be with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, are not disclosed. Thank You for reading our terms and conditions.
