This auction is why realtors need us! My longtime friend, who is a savvy realtor, caught on to our business skills! He is trying this out for himself. This is a home that he simply had to clean out to sell! Just think about the expense of having to move all of this to Goodwill. God Forbid! Now all of this goes into his pocket, and he can put it towards repairs! The previous owner made sure he was surrounded by high quality items, as evident from every room! Where else will you find a four-poster bed, a sleigh bed, antiques and collectibles, art, or other all kinds of other neat stuff? Right here! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
Do not speed while getting here! This is a well monitored 20 mph city! Avoid parking in front of neighbors’ driveways. There is plenty of room along the curb. Please, if you see a trailer when you come, let them into the driveway first! Once again, bring help and any tools and totes you may need! Many items are NOT boxed this time. If your invoice is larger than $1,000, a wire transfer or cash is required
Checks taken by prior approval only.
Should you use a personal or cashier check,
you can remove your items once the check clears
