Primitives include crocks, cast iron skillets & Dutch ovens, stoneware, tube style well buckets, several pulleys, glass washboard, Griswold glass corn pone pan, old sad irons, deer antler mounts and several other small items. 

There is also a selection of collectible toys & board games, vintage pedal car, Tonka trucks, red wagon, vintage Furbies w/ boxes, firetruck, vintage peddle car, r/c Cat loader, die cast collectibles. cast iron tractor & truck, Oreo collectibles, owl collection, bicycles & 3 speed 3-wheel bike.

The workshop and out buildings have an anvil, hand tools, yard tools, electric sanders, cant hooks, 2-man log skidder, small 12V winch, come-along, hi-lift jack, hardware, paint & shop chemicals, cabinets, 25 gal. barrel of parts washer solvent, wood stove, compound bow, baseball bats & glove, XL hunting clothes and new size 42-48 x 30 jeans, floor jacks, heaters, industrial pedestal fans,  gas fire pit, 3 tractor seat stools, 100', 50'  and shorter tow chains, misc. lumber, wheel barrow, metal minnow bucket,  and box lots of tools & misc..

Outside there are 2 cast iron fire hydrants, 8' x 10' portable storage shed, cast iron hitching post, chain link & iron gates, aluminum stair section, PTO auger bit, tractor boom pole, old harrow, woven metal 4'x8' sheets, large tractor buggy style sunshade frame, Ranger cast iron wood stove, scrap iron, 55 gal. barrels, cast iron tub (no feet), large RR style wrenches, and lots more good old stuff.

Vehicles include a Trail Mobile 2001 28' "pup" dry van, 1957 MGA basket case w/ no title, 1970's MGB for parts (no title). 

There are lots more items not mentioned, so this will be an all-day auction. Bring your totes, boxes & a chair if needed. No concessions provided. A restroom is available in the house.

The order of sale is the front porch & garage, out buildings & workshop, screened in patio of primitives then the 2br, living room & kitchen. 

Terms: We prefer Cash, and will also accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards. A 4% CC Fee will apply. No sales tax or Buyer's Premium. Most items must be removed the day of sale. Furniture and larger items may be removed on Sunday from 1-5pm. Cars, pup trailer and larger items outside will have extra time for removal. See the Auctioneer for details.

A tractor with bucket & operator will be available for loading on sale day and possibly on Sunday.

Parking will be in the yard (weather permitting), on one side of Presley Drive, and across from the Valero gas station 1 block away. Hwy. 300 is a busy road. Be aware.
