State Park This estate has a large variety of collectibles, tools, primitives and good household & homeowner items such as a brown leather sofa & recliner, Mid-century dressers, Qn. size bed complete, awesome inlaid tramp art coffee & end table, Mission style modern bookcase w/ sliding doors, kitchen work table, assorted chairs, 2 smoke stands, small tables, bookshelves, collectible glassware like Pyrex, green Boopie sherberts, Fenton, Anchor Hocking, Avon, Sandwich glass cookie jar, crystal bowls & plates, vintage & current Tupperware, large crafting cabinet & contents, portable sewing machine, tri-level fold out sewing chest w/ contents, 37" flat screen TV, 2 smaller TVs, pine bookcase, side by side fridge freezer, apartment size fridge w/ freezer top, washer & dryer, men's & women's XL clothing, small appliances, linens and lots of box lots to choose from. The workshop and out buildings have an anvil, hand tools, yard tools, electric sanders, cant hooks, 2-man log skidder, small 12V winch, come-along, hi-lift jack, hardware, paint & shop chemicals, cabinets, 25 gal. barrel of parts washer solvent, wood stove, compound bow, baseball bats & glove, XL hunting clothes and new size 42-48 x 30 jeans, floor jacks, heaters, industrial pedestal fans, gas fire pit, 3 tractor seat stools, 100', 50' and shorter tow chains, misc. lumber, wheel barrow, metal minnow bucket, and box lots of tools & misc.. The order of sale is the front porch & garage, out buildings & workshop, screened in patio of primitives then the 2br, living room & kitchen. Terms: We prefer Cash, and will also accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards. A 4% CC Fee will apply. No sales tax or Buyer's Premium. Most items must be removed the day of sale.
