TERMS & CONDITIONS Online Auction Terms & Conditions -All items are SOLD AS IS with NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES of any kind and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NOTE: We will do our best to photograph and describe each lot. We encourage you to do your research as you are the final judge of condition, authenticity, and actual value. - CLOSING: Auctions will have a soft closing. A soft closing means that the first lot will begin closing with another lot closing every 30 seconds and bidding will be extended on lots for 30 seconds if anyone bids on that lot within the last 30 seconds of its closing. -Payment Information: Within 24 hours of the auction close, the card on file will be charged the total of all lots won plus a 10% buyer's premium. An email will be sent to the Winning Bidder. -The Winning Bidder waives their right to any credit card chargebacks, for any reason, and understands there are no exchanges, refunds, or returns. NOTE: We ONLY accept CREDIT CARDS. We do not accept cash, personal check, PayPal or business check from ONLINE AUCTION BIDDERS. We will run the card on file for all necessary payments within 24 hours of the auction. Please verify your credit card before bidding. There will be a $45 fee charged for each insufficient funds (NSF) payment failure, which covers our time & the fees we are charged by the payment processing company. -PICK UP: PICK UP LOCATION IS LISTED UNDER AUCTION NOTICE. NOTE: At pickup, please be sure to bring proper identification via driver�s license/state ID. Without proper ID, we will not release the items. NOTE: Please bring help for loading and any packing materials needed for your merchandise. We will help when possible but cannot guarantee enough Turn Key Liquidator employees will be available to help at pickup time. All items not picked up at the scheduled pickup day/time will be considered abandoned property unless special pickup or shipping arrangements have been agreed upon between Turn Key Liquidators and the winning bidder PRIOR to the pick-up date. NOTE: All abandoned property (items not picked up) will be disposed of or put back into inventory for future auctions & your credit card will be charged. It is the winning bidder�s responsibility to safely remove all items and not damage any property or surrounding structures upon pickup. Turn Key Liquidators is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to winning bidders upon pickup of items won. -Online Bidding: All bidders must complete online registration with a verified credit/debit card. All bidders enter into a legally binding contract with Turn Key Liquidators once they bid and are legally obligated to pay for all lots/items won and adhere to all auction terms and conditions. Once an auction lot ends, you may not retract a winning bid. Once the auction lot ends, you are responsible for payment of all lots you are the winning bidder on. Turn Key Liquidators reserves the right to add, extend, remove, cancel, retract, ban, or reschedule any item/lot in this auction for any reason. NOTE: Turn Key Liquidators also reserves the right to ban bidders from future auctions if payment issues arise that are not resolved within 2 business days. Due to this being an online-only auction, please keep in mind that internet connection, server performance, or other technology may suffer difficulties and impact your ability to bid. Turn Key Liquidators is not responsible for any unforeseen technical issues that could occur with the online auction process. We cannot control all aspects of your online experience during this online auction. We recommend you enter your maximum bid if you are unsure, you can follow closely online as the auction lots close. When putting in your maximum online bid for a lot it always stays at the lowest bid increment needed to win and only goes up by the next bidding increment when others bid more than your current winning bid.
