Bring Backs: In the event of an emergency, you are unable to attend the pickup, the auction company can provide transport for (small, manageable) items to be taken to our office in Farmland for a pick up within 72 hours. Shipping: After your initial payment for your purchase, your card on file will be charged for the cost of shipping plus a $10 per packaged box. We try and ship your items via USPS. Some items due to size or weight will need to be shipped via UPS. We have had too many issues with FedEx (lost packages, broken packages, etc) so we prefer not to use them. Terms & Conditions: The Sale of Items- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to terminate the auction at any reasonable time; withdrawal from sale any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. No Liability- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate assumes no liability for your purchases (if you buy a lawnmower, bulldozer, or other such item, and you don't know how to use it and get injured, we are not liable). The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auction Company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset being purchased. Documents- All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc. Loading Equipment- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods. Consignors- All consignors must fill out a contract with Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate, sign forms and abide by our terms listed. Bidders- All bidders must register for bidder's numbers with proper ID. Payment- Purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with no extra fees. Wire transfers will incur an extra fee. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. Removal- No goods will be removed until paid in full. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. NSF Funds- A fee for Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) checks per occurrence will be charged. NO CREDIT ALLOWED Reserve Prices- We are governed by the Indiana Statutes and all items sell with a reserve unless advertised. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to publish or disclose any minimum due to confidentiality. Vehicles sell with owner's confirmation. Employee Bidding- Any employee of Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate may bid at any auction if they so wish to purchase an item. Compliance with The Terms of Sale- In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Nominal bids- Any bid that is merely a nominal bid may be rejected by the Auction Company or the Auction Company may reject fractional advances, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale. Absentee (proxy) Bids - Absentee bids may be presented to the auction company in writing and must be accompanied by credit/debit card number, which will be verified for you maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. George and Vicki have decided after many years living here and downsize to a smaller living space, These are many of the items they did not have room for or are no longer needed. Please advise that lots 532-550 are located in the loft of the storage shed on the property and not easily accessible.

Comes with set of plastic McDonald's plates. 2 Baskets & Plate Holders Small amount of woven baskets, comes with several woven plate holders for a picnic. All appear to be in good condition. 3 Travel Mugs Several travel style mugs, some plain and others with advertising on them. One Starbucks cup included. 4 Terracotta Baking Dish Medium sized terracotta baking dish, is lidded, comes with instruction, good condition and included is metal cooling rack. 5 Knives Set of knives, comes with new condition Gourmet Trends brand set with wooden block, new set of three Cutco knives, and small set of steak knives in bamboo sheathes. All appear to be good, Cutco was taken out of original bubble wrap. 6 Kitchen Utensils & Grader Small amount of various kitchen utensils with grader, all look to be in good condition. Also comes with sunflower spoon holder for the stove. 7 Carnival Glass Punch Bowl & Cup Set Carnival glass punch bowl set with several cups, all appear to be in good condition. Assuming this to be more modern type of glass. 8 Punchbowl & Cup Set Glass punchbowl set with cups, kind of an autumn motif, all look to be in good condition. 9 Kitchen Appliances Small amount of kitchen appliances, features a nice 4 slice toaster, does still work, upright type electric can opener and then electric knife. Were not able to find blades for electric knife. 10 Tea Kettles Set of tea kettles. One metal large kettle, more for water and nice fancy ceramic piece, this is marked. Both look to be in good condition. 11 Cast Iron Pieces Three cast iron pieces, comes with round griddle, good condition, this is marked. Mexican Fiesta, square skillet, this is Lodge brand and finally comes with cornbread pan to with imprints of ears of corn, this is not marked. 12 Clear Glass Several pieces of clear glass, many of these are pressed pieces, all appear to be in good condition. Several salad bowls, candy type dishes, cake plates with lids and more. 13 Canning Jars & Lids Several canning type jars, majority of these are pint sized, comes with several new lids. all appear to be in good condition. 14 Drinking Glasses Small amount of glass drinking glasses, some with advertising others clear glass. All appear to be in good condition. 15 Coffee Mugs Several coffee type mugs, all in good condition, several with advertising and various colors. 16 Vintage Velvet Tobacco Tin Smaller metal vintage Velvet tobacco tin, has tax stamp on side , is empty good condition and color. 17 Anniversary Items Small trinkets or decor pieces for 50th and 45th wedding anniversary.
