Important guidelines:

* No public restrooms will be available on-site
* Entry may be limited to comply with local regulations and ensure a comfortable shopping experience
* A sign-up sheet will be available at the front door starting at 9:00 AM
* We do not offer pre-sales and do not release pricing ahead of time
* For security purposes, please leave purses, bags, backpacks, and baby strollers in your car—wallets only (shopping bags will be provided)
* Street parking is available; kindly avoid blocking driveways, mailboxes, or parking in private spaces
* We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards with no additional fees. No Checks Please.
* All sales are final, so please inspect items carefully before purchasing
* Items marked with “Sold” stickers or placed on the sold table are no longer available
* For large purchases, please bring assistance and any necessary tools for moving or disassembly
* The driveway is reserved for loading only — please check in with a team member for assistance or to arrange alternate pickup times
* All items must be picked up by 5:00 PM EST on March 29th
