Payment Instructions: Invoices will be sent via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction and Merchant’s Wares will charge the card on file for the total of the winning bids plus Buyer’s Premium and applicable taxes.

You must have a valid CC on file in order to be accepted to bid. Bids are binding contracts and by agreeing to this contract and placing a bid, you agree to pay for your winning bids, even if you choose to abandon them, or choose not to pay for shipping.

After full payment for your items is processed you will receive a message from Shipping Saint to arrange for Shipping or for Scheduled Pick Up at our Ringwood Auction Gallery

If you choose to have items shipped, you will receive a separate invoice from Shipping Saint for Shipping Costs, which include Packing, Handling and Shipping fees. You can pay with any valid card for your Shipping Costs.

Pick Up Times for this auction are Friday April 17th 10-3pm, Saturday April 18th 10am-1pm and Monday April 20th 10am-1pm following the auction.
NJ Residents and NJ Pick Ups will be charged NJ Sales tax. Please enter your Sales Tax ID to your Merchant's Wares Account, NJ Pick Ups with a number on file with Merchant’s Wares will not be charged sales tax.

NOTE:
Merchant's Wares (MW) will ship your winning bids via US Postal (USPS) Mail Service or UPS, generally whichever is less at approximate cost of the buyer unless the bidder otherwise requests or personal pickup is arranged through Shipping Saint.
We will try to combine multiple winning bids to help our bidders save on shipping. Expect a handling fee of $5-40 per box for this auction, as we will try our best to pack your items appropriately and safely. We have a few sizes to minimize box cost and will try to box your winning bid(s) as efficiently as possible
All property is sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Merchant's Wares will endeavor to describe in-detail each item and any pertinent information about it but cannot be held responsible for having made or implied a warranty or a representation of fitness for any particular purpose. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Merchant's Wares endeavors to provide detailed pictures, adequate and accurate descriptions. You may contact us if you have questions about specific items. There is NO live portion of this auction, but we do offer a gallery space in Ringwood NJ for inspection when possible.
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to determine the value of each lot and to consider shipping and other fees before bidding. Please ask us BEFORE YOU BID if you have any questions!


Merchant's Wares reserves the right to require payment through Wire Transfer for all purchases for any reason. You will not be charged an alternate payment fee for Wire Transfers.
Full payment includes the amount of the winning bid, plus a 15% internet premium, applicable Sales Tax, and may also include shipping and handling and insurance fees unless in-person pick-up is chosen

ALL Pick-ups must be made within two weeks of full payment, or holding/storage charges will be incurred. If items are not picked up within 30 days, they may be resold, with no refund to the original bidder. Special arrangements for large orders or certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction.


Box/Handling Fee (shipping only) aka Shipping Costs - This fee covers materials and time needed to package your items safely including (and not limited to) boxes, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, foam packaging, tape, labels, etc.
As we are often on the road, text messages are often the fastest method of contact to the auctioneer 201-694-9463 - If you want an option other than USPS Priority Mail or UPS for shipping, we appreciate it if you would contact Merchant's Wares before the auction, even if you are unsure if you will win an item. If you request packing, and decide against shipping, you may be charged the full packaging fee (calculated by time and materials used). You are welcome to ask for an approximate quote before we package your items to avoid this issue. Heavy, large and fragile items tend to cost more to package safely.

We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections.

Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per lot, which will be incurred starting 7 days after original invoice was sent.
