Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted. A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

This thoughtfully curated sale features a beautiful blend of antique/vintage pieces, elegant décor, and quality household essentials. From Venetian etched glass and Barbola mirrors to classic furniture and modern appliances, this petite estate offers something special for collectors, decorators, and everyday shoppers alike. Sunday most items are 50% off. Entry into the community will only be permitted from (8:30-1:00p). No earlier entry will be permitted. The signup sheet goes out at 8:30am and doors open at 9am, no other sheet started will be honored. Please note: We will not be able to respond to price quote inquiries. While we’d love to provide prices beforehand, it’s extremely difficult as we are working on multiple homes with hundreds of items. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
