Cronebaugh Auction Service, Ltd. is not responsible for any computer/internet malfunctions during this auction. Items will not be released until payment is made in full. Buyers are responsible for picking up items. Cronebaugh Auction Service, Ltd. uses a third party shipping company called Mailer's Choice. Mailer's Choice can be contacted at 740-254-9311 http://mailerschoiceoh.com/ for shipping services and Cronebaugh Auction Service, Ltd. will deliver to Mailer's Choice for a handling fee of $10. Any items that request shipping, must pay the Mailer's Choice invoice within 30 days. After 30 days, the items become property of Cronebaugh Auction Service, Ltd. Buyers can Contact Bob Hall 330-440-5923 ivbrave52@yahoo.com with any shipping questions you might have. Any items not removed during the pickup times will become property of Cronebaugh Auction Service, Ltd. and will be handled at our discretion. Please bring boxes, totes, etc. to pack items in and the proper equipment needed to remove your items. Cronebaugh Auction staff will be on site during pick up, but it is recommended that you bring enough help to load your items to facilitate a quick pick up.

Once the bidding has been closed, all invoicing will be done the following business day. The debit or credit card that was used when registering will be charged for the full amount. If the card is for any reason declined you will receive a Square invoice that will need to be paid within 24 hours to receive the pick up information. Any invoices with guns, coins, jewelry, or a total over 2,000 dollars will need to be paid for via wire transfer. Instructions will be sent to your email with an unpaid invoice the following business day with all other invoices.

Payments are required in US dollars via Credit Card and paid in full within 24 hours of close of auction. All payments made, including down payments and credit card payments are non-refundable. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged unless you are a vendor. If you are a vendor, then a tax exempt form must be emailed prior to the auction ending. Tax exempt forms can be emailed to sarah@cronebaughauctions.com. 10% buyer's premium will be charged for all invoices.
