This is an Online Only Auction with Internet or Absentee Bidding Only. All Internet Bidders must register Online, and Absentee Bidders must register with Iggy's Auction House, LLC. Bidding for this auction starts Wednesday, March 25, 2026 and starts closing on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026 at 5pm CST.

Online Auction Starts Closing Wednesday, April 8th, 2026 at 5pm CST. Each lot ends 15 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 2 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 2 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.

We Accept CASH, Wisconsin CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.
*Buyer's Premium (10% or 14%) PLUS 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax is added to the final bid price. (4% Cash/Check Discount on the 14% Buyer's Premium PLUS 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax is added to the final bid price unless tax exempt.) Wire Fee is $10.00. For firearms requiring a background check the Transfer Fees are: $25 per person for Handguns and $15 per person for Long Guns. Payment required before background checks are done, NO REFUNDS.

Payment for any invoice that is greater than $1,000 may be required to be paid by cashier's check, cash or wire transfer unless you have a Good Buyer Payment History. NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS! Everything Sold is AS-IS. No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. Payment is made when you pick up your items. All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 6 DAYS OF AUCTION END, which April 14th, 2026, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have not made payment by the 14th you agree to have the credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice which will include the 14% Buyers Premium. Then if items are not picked up within 14 days of payment, items are considered abandoned and are no longer your property unless arrangements have been made in writing. Abandoned items become the property of Iggy's Auction.

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT: If you have not made payment, your credit card is declined, or we have not received acceptable verification in order to process payment your bidding privileges will be suspended until full payment is made.

*ALL FIREARM SALES ARE SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL/STATE FIREARM REGULATIONS, ALL GUN BUYERS MUST CLEAR STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATORY CHECKS. Please bring your valid Wisconsin Driver's License or ID.
NOTE: Muzzle Loaders Do Not Require a background check.

* For Wisconsin Buyers requiring Shipping: ALL FIREARMS (REQUIRING A BACKGROUND CHECK) NOT PICKED UP IN PERSON must be Shipped to a LICENSED FFL HOLDER. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, TRANSFER FEES AND CHARGES. Copy of FFL License can be emailed to Trina@IggysAuction.com
* ALL OUT OF STATE FIREARMS REQUIRING A BACKGROUND CHECK must be shipped to an FFL Holder in their State of Residency, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, TRANSFER FEES AND CHARGES. * As a precondition of participating in this auction, buyer agrees to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item.
* Buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. " All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up or shipped.
* Minimum packaging fees per firearm could be up to $25.00 plus cost of shipping label, but multiple items, exceptionally large, heavy, or fragile items may incur extra fees. Insurance is required on the value of the property being shipped. *Shipping Firearms and Ammunition will be done through UPS.
* If you win ammo or any firearm that says "NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE" you are still responsible for payment for that item even if we are not able to ship. It will be Iggy's Auctions sole discretion on if it is possible for us to ship your item(s). The 3rd party shipper cannot accommodate shipping ammo or firearms.
* Iggy's Auction is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

BID INCREMENTS
Bidding increment are $1.00.

STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE
Staggered Close: each lot ends 15 seconds after the previous lot (all lots do not end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend two (2) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last two (2) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.

VIEW/BID ON AUCTION AS IT CLOSES IN REAL TIME�
Refer to Lot 5A for the Live Catalog - The "Live Catalog" is a special tile-based view that becomes available when the first lot of an auction is within 30 minutes of closing. The tiles are "live" meaning that they are receiving real-time updates. The times counts down, new bids & bid amounts get updated, the bidder's status updates (winning/losing), all without any manual refreshing.

MAX BID AMOUNT
If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21. It will take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

RESERVE
If there is a reserve on an item, the item will have an orange exclamation mark. Up until the reserve is met, you will be bidding against the reserve. Once the reserve is met, the item will have a green checkmark, then it takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction. The item does not sell unless the reserve is met.

REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBLILITY OF BUYER
Buyer is responsible for all dismantling and removal of item(s). Buyer must provide their own tools, equipment, and extra manpower especially for large and heavy items. Iggy's Auction staff does not assist with removal or loading. Bring your own packaging material and boxes if desired (some items are not boxed). Each lot does have a location on where it is located on the property. Please come prepared.

For lots that are shippable In-House by Iggy's Auction the costs for shipping, packaging and insurance will be at the buyer's expense. (Packaging fees will apply to cover handling, time, and materials.)
Minimum packaging fees are $12.00 per box/package plus cost of shipping label & Insurance for non-firearms. Multiple items, fragile or heavy items may incur extra fees. We use USPS or UPS depending on which service has the better rate. Insurance is required on the value of the property being shipped. If you win multiple items and the combination of them do not fit in a 12" x 12" box, we may have to ship them in multiple boxes. If you win an item that says "NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE" you are still responsible for payment for that item. It will be Iggy's Auctions sole discretion on if it is possible for us to ship your item(s) or to have a 3rd party shipper package and ship your item(s). If your item(s) have to be shipped by the 3rd party shipper, we will deliver items to them, they will package and ship at their rates. They will contact you directly for payment for their services.

SORRY, WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Please do not bid if you are not within the United States. For any international bidders that win an item, it will be taken to a 3rd party shipper who will package and ship at their rates. They will contact you directly for payment for their services.

SHIPPING INVOICE PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Please Note: On the 2nd day after the auction closes, we process payment with the credit card on file for buyers that need their items shipped, then on the 6th business day following the auction we start preparing orders to be shipped.

After the auction has ended and you have become the successful winning bidder, all 1st time buyers who require shipping must confirm shipping address and credit card information by emailing Trina@IggysAuction.com or calling/texting (715)305-2475*. If you have won items from us before there is no need to verify. Payment for any invoice that are greater than $1,000 may be required to be paid by mailing a cashier's check or pay by wire transfer unless you have a Good Buyer Payment History. We will contact you if payment needs to be done differently.
For verified 1st time buyers and repeat buyers, we will proceed as follows�. We will use the credit card that you registered with to make payment for the total invoice amount on the 2nd day following the auction close. After payment has been received, we will then package your items and charge your credit card a second time for the total cost of shipping and ship to the address on file. Once we have a tracking # for you, we will email you that along with a paid receipt. If shipping is not paid for within 30 days of the total invoice amount payment, items are considered abandoned, no refund will be given and are no longer your property unless arrangements have been made in writing. Abandoned items become the property of Iggy's Auction.
*For any 1st time buyers that do not confirm their shipping information by the 6th DAY after the AUCTION ENDS, you agree to have the credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice and have your item(s) shipped to the address on file. However, if the Billing and Account names and/or addresses on file are not the same, we will not process payment until we have acceptable verification. We will reach out to you via email and/or by phone if we have any questions or problems with payment.

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT
If your credit card is declined, we have not received acceptable verification of billing and account information and you have not made payment by the 4th day after the auction closes, your bidding privileges will be suspended until full payment is made.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU HAVE WON ITEMS AT AUCTION
IN-STATE BUYER'S & CUSTOMERS PICKING UP: Schedule your appointment to Pick Up online at IggysAuction.com. Payment can be made at the time of pick up in the form of cash, check or credit card. After the entire auction has ended you will receive 2 emails. The 1st email will be an invite for you to sign up for a pick-up time. Within a few hours after the auction has ended you will receive the 2nd email that will have information on picking up, a link to Sign up for Pick Up and attached to that email will also be your invoice. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE BY THE NEXT DAY. Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
