An Arkansas resident registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address, 2. 21 years of age to buy short guns (pistols or revolvers) 3. 18 years of age to buy long guns (rifles or shotguns) ***Please be aware that we do not ship*** Only Arkansas residents may buy guns in this auction. Note: No straw buyers allowed. Only the person registered to bid may make payment and pick up guns. That same person will be required to show photo ID and complete top portion of ATF Form # 4473 or show concealed carry permit or FFL. Participation in this auction is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. New Customers may see their bid posted as "Pending". Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidders are responsible for their own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium 10% per item except for any item over $10,000 the buyer premium is only 5% Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Within a couple of hours after the auction has completely closed, winning bidders should receive an email with an invoice for purchases attached. To prevent the invoice email from going into your spam box, add orrellauctions@gmail.com to your safe sender list or address book . If you do not receive an email with invoice, call Jimmy at 870-723-9116. The Email will include directions to pick up location and designated time for pay and pick up. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, card, good personal or company check with verification of funds or cashiers check. Titles will be held until checks clear. If buyer is unknown to Orrell Auctions, a Cashiers check may be required payment type on some items such as vehicles etc. . Check the extended description on each item for additional info regarding cashiers checks. You may pay with card, if so, a 4% convenience fee will be added to the invoice total. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Read the Details section and the Terms and Conditions before you bid. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab for each auction. if you can't pick up during the designated pick up time DO NOT BID! If a cashiers check is required for payment , if pick up day is Saturday, you may pay and pick up the following Monday after the banks open. Otherwise, all items need to be paid for and picked up during the designated pick up time Buyers are responsible for loading. A loader tractor will be on hand for the items that require it. Bring help for the heavy items. A big stout boy will be on hand for hire or tips to help YOU hand load . If you need his assistance, pay him directly, if you don't need his assistance, you are welcome to load it yourself. No shipping is offered for this auction. |

Cash, card or good check. Cashiers check required on large purchases if buyer is not known to auction cpmpany. If so, you may pick up Monday April 13th after banks open.
Loader tractor available for items that require it.
