We accept cash, check, ACH (Echeck), wire transfer, and credit cards (up to 3,000). A 10% Buyer’s Premium and 6.5% sales tax will be applied to all purchases, unless tax exempt. All Invoices must be paid in full by April 25th at 1PM. All Items must be paid in full before removal.
All items will be sold “As Is” “Where Is”. All sales are final.
No guarantees or warranties whatsoever, implied, expressed, or otherwise. Bidding disputes will be settled at the sole discretion of Auctioneer and Auctioneer may put the disputed lot up for sale again to be resold to the highest bidder of the disputing parties. The Auctioneer’s decision is final.
Purchases become the responsibility of the high bidder immediately upon acceptance of his bid. They shall be and remain at the risk of the Buyer.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to insure his purchases immediately.
Preview: Items will be available for inspection starting Monday, April 6th-Friday, April 10th from 9am-5pm and Saturday April 11th from 8am-1pm.
Pickup/Removal: Items will be available to pickup Wednesday, April 22nd - Saturday, April 25th from 9AM – 5PM, ALL ITEAMS MUST BE REMOVED BY SATURDAY, APRIL 25TH AT 1PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping is available at Buyers expense. If you would like your items shipped, contact The UPS Store #6658 in Wadsworth, OH at 330-334-9999 (ext. 9) or email your invoice to store6658@theupsstore.com. A minimum pickup fee of $25 will be charged by The UPS Store in addition to packing and shipping charges. Removal from site will not be permitted without presentation of paid in full invoice
