A 10% Online Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases, 5.3% State will apply to all sales unless tax exempt form is produced by buyer.

All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is where-is, without any expressed or implied warranties. There are no contingencies to the time of purchase of any items. The auctioneer has the right to accept or deny any bids at any point for any reason. All items are sold upon seller confirmation. If you are the winning bidder and do not pay for your items that you have won. You will incur all legal fees associated with Debt Collecting. You may pick up guns after passing a background check and paying the $17 background check fee. If you have been outbid, you will be notified by email or phone notification (app users) ONLY UNTIL the last two minutes of the item's scheduled closing time.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending or end of pick up day. Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Buyer's premium varies and will be assessed per auction and noted in the terms. It will be added to each purchase. Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Online Auction payment can be made with a credit or debit card with the card registered online-onsite cash or check or wire transfer-$20 fee applies on the day of pick up . A 4% Convenience fee will be assessed at the time of processing. For live auctions, payment will be cash, credit, good check, or wire transfer. Bad checks will incur a $100 fee and instant revocation of bidding rights at any further auctions. If no payment or contact is made within 24 hrs, credit card on file will be charged.

Failure to pay will result in revocation of bidding privileges. Reactivation will be determined on a case-by-case review, and a $50 reactivation fee for a suspended account will be required. Declined credit/debit cards or bounced checks will result in a $50 fee per occurrence.
