1. BIDDING TERMS



---By placing a bid, all bidders agree to be bound by this contract.



---All items are sold as-is, where-is, and all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are allowed.



---Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but may not fully reflect an item�s condition. See photos for item conditions, dimensions (if applicable), and any imperfections.



---No refunds or store credits will be issued for details clearly shown in photos but not mentioned in the description. ---Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos carefully before placing a bid.



---If additional information about an item is needed and not provided in the listing, email us at info@texasauctions.biz at least 48 hours before the auction closes. We will do our best to provide the requested details as soon as possible.



---Perform all inspections of items before bidding and be satisfied with their description, condition, and authenticity.



---Independently verify any information you deem important, including item details, photos, and descriptions. While believed to be accurate, neither the seller nor LL Auctions



---All bids are binding. Once placed, bids cannot be withdrawn or retracted. Bidders should carefully review their bid amounts before submitting.



---LL Auctions reserves the right to relist abandoned items.





2. SHIPPING TERMS



---The "Request Shipping" button is commonly clicked accidentally; thus it is NOT used to process shipping requests.



---To request shipping, reply to your emailed invoice after the auction closes or leave a note in the "Notes to the Auctioneer" section when bidding.



---We cannot ship large items. Please see the "Shipping" tab for more details.



---LL Auctions is not responsible for shipping damage. If insurance is added, the buyer is responsible for filing damage claims.



---Shipping costs under $50 will be processed automatically via the most economical option. Costs over $50 will be confirmed before processing.


---Requesting shipping does not extend the pickup deadline unless shipping arrangements are confirmed with our team.



3. PREVIEW UPDATE



---Please return items to their proper spots or leave them in the baskets to help keep everything organized.



---Your cooperation ensures we can continue offering previews without any issues.








4. STORE CREDIT POLICY



---We do not offer refunds. If an issue arises with an order, store credit may be issued at our discretion only after review and approval.



---Store credits are not automatically applied and must be requested on a future invoice.



---If store credit is approved, you will receive an email with details on how to redeem it.



---To use your store credit, reply to the email containing your invoice and specify the amount of credit to be applied.



---If an issued store credit is greater than the total of an invoice, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase. You will receive a follow-up email detailing the remaining store credit balance and redemption instructions.



---Full store credit cannot be applied if the purchased item(s) have not been returned. Items must be returned before a full store credit is provided.



---Items must be dropped off at 4311 Hwy 146, Bacliff, TX 77518 within one week of store credit approval.





5. SALES TAX



---Sales tax will be added unless a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate and a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit are provided annually.

6. PICKUP & REMOVAL TERMS



---Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, and packing materials.



---Due to insurance limitations, LL Auctions staff cannot assist with loading, packing, or removal.



---Buyer is responsible for the physical labor for dismantling, rigging, crating, loading, hauling, carrying and lifting of any items that they have purchased at their own expense and risk.


---All pickups are now by appointment only.



---Appointments allow our team to pre-pull orders in advance and maintain accurate accounting and inventory tracking.



---Items cannot be released without a scheduled appointment in the booking system.



---Customers arriving without an appointment will be asked to schedule one before items can be released.



---Items must be picked up no later than the TUESDAY following the auction close.



---Items not paid for and picked up by this deadline may be considered abandoned in accordance with our consignment agreement.


---LL Auctions reserves the right to relist or dispose of abandoned items.


---If you cannot pick up your items by the TUESDAY following the close of the auction, you must request shipping or delivery (fees apply).



---You may designate someone else to pick up your items by providing them with a paid invoice copy.



---If the person picking up does not have a copy of your invoice, we will call the number listed on your invoice to obtain authorization before releasing the items.

---Because of this, items cannot be released outside of the appointment system.



---No exceptions will be made for unscheduled arrivals.







7. BIDDING PLATFORM TERMS



---Items may be added or removed at the auctioneer�s discretion before the auction closes.



---LL Auctions cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the bidding platform due to potential system errors or malfunctions.



---In case of any errors or malfunctions of hardware or software, LL Auctions reserves the right to cancel any transaction, even if you have received confirmation of the transaction by email.



---While we strive to maintain a stable bidding experience, system errors or malfunctions may occur without notice.



---We cannot and will not guarantee uninterrupted access to this site or its services.



---LL Auctions makes no warranty that (a)your use of this site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, (b) the results that may be obtained from the use of the site will be accurate or reliable, (c) the quality of any information or other material obtained by you through the site will meet your expectations, (d) the use or the inability to use the site, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on this site; or any other matter relating to this site.



8. FIREARMS TERMS



---Firearms can only be previewed by appointment at the FFL dealer�s location, not at LL Auctions.



---No firearms are kept on-site at LL Auctions.



---Firearms must be picked up at the FFL dealer listed in the item�s description.



---The registered bidder�s name must match the name on the firearm registration.



---Firearms cannot be transferred to another individual.



---Pickup or shipping must be scheduled within 7 days of auction close.



---After 7 days, the firearm will be considered abandoned with no refund or store credit.



---Shipping is handled by the FFL dealer listed in the item description and must be sent directly to another FFL dealer.



---Buyers must coordinate shipping arrangements directly with the FFL dealer.



---Buyers must provide a valid driver�s license matching the name on the invoice to complete the required FFL paperwork and background check.



---A FFL transfer fee applies at pickup. While we believe this fee is $25, it is subject to change at the discretion of the FFL dealer.



---Firearms are not inspected by a gunsmith. Buyers should inspect firearms before use.



---If you cannot legally own a firearm or fail the background check, do not bid.



---No refunds or store credit will be issued if you are unable to meet these legal requirements




9. PAYMENT TERMS



---Invoices from different auctions cannot be combined.



--- The credit card on file will be automatically charged unless a confirmed alternative payment (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash) or payment request is received by 1 PM on the day after the auction closes, or if you have a Permanent Payment Preference for Cash, Venmo, or PayPal on file with us.

---A 5% credit card processing fee applies unless an alternative payment method or cash request is received before the deadline.

12. PAYMENT DEADLINE & PROCESSING SCHEDULE

--- Processing Time: After 1 PM, we begin processing credit card payments for any unpaid invoices.


--- PAID invoices are sent out after processing, for both alternative payments and credit card charges.


--- Payments for SHIPPING will be charged SEPARATELY


--- Timing of Shipping charges: Typically the next Tuesday/Wednesday following the close of the auction


--- Do NOT send alternative payments after 1 PM unless you are a confirmed Permanent Venmo or PayPal Buyer. If payment is sent after the deadline, it may not be seen in time, resulting in a double charge.




13. WHY YOU MAY NOT SEE AN IMMEDIATE CHARGE AFTER 1 PM


---We understand it can be confusing when the 1 PM payment deadline passes, but you don�t immediately see a charge on your card. Here�s why:


---Processing payments is a multi-step process that includes

(1) Documenting all cash requests

(2) Verifying alternative payments (and confirming correct amounts were sent)

(3) Updating our system to reflect payments received or pending cash payments


--- Important: Once we hit PROCESS, the system takes over, and charges cannot be stopped. There may be a delay between when we process payments and when the charge appears on your account.

14. JEWELRY TERMS


---Unless noted as appraised, diamond and gemstone carat weights are approximate or based on receipts/tags/markings.


---Unless jewelry is specifically listed as tested, it has not been tested.


---Previewing is strongly recommended to form your own independent opinion.


---Markings on jewelry do not guarantee authenticity. It is the bidder�s responsibility to determine authenticity before purchasing.





15. SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

---You will receive no more than 10 texts per month.

16. NEW IN BOX ITEMS


---Items listed as �new in box� or �factory sealed� will not be tested prior to auction in order to preserve original packaging, manufacturer seals, and product integrity for the winning bidder.


---However, we do perform a visual verification to ensure that the item inside matches the listing and is not visibly incorrect or tampered with.


---By bidding, you acknowledge that unopened items are sold as-is based on the provided descriptions and photos. Please review all available information carefully before placing a bid.



17. INSPECTION REQUIREMENT FOR STORE CREDIT ELIGIBILITY


---Warehouse Pickups: All items must be inspected prior to leaving the warehouse. Once an item has left our premises, it will not be accepted for return, as damage can occur after pickup.


---Shipped Items: Covered under our separate shipping insurance policy.


---Deliveries: Items must be inspected prior to our team leaving the item with you.


---No Late Returns: Returns at a later time will not be eligible for store credit.




18. 5% CC Processing Fee is Nonrefundable


---Please note that the 5% credit card processing fee will never be refunded or calculated in the store credit amount, as this fee is charged to us by the processor at the time of payment, and the fee we charge simply covers that cost. To avoid the processing fee altogether, you are welcome to use one of our alternative payment methods: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.



19. WOW Cart: All WOW cart listings include only the items placed on the cart. The cart is not included and is for display purposes only, unless explicitly stated in the lot description.



20. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING SYSTEM TERMS
---LL Auctions uses a third-party booking platform to schedule pickup appointments.



---The scheduling platform is not connected to the bidding website login.



---Users must create a separate booking login the first time they schedule an appointment.



---Creating a booking account allows us to properly track pickups and maintain accurate accounting records.



---Appointments are scheduled on a first-come basis and must include the correct auction number(s) and bidder name associated with the invoice.


---Appointments will be approved once a valid invoice is located for the auction number(s) provided in the booking request.


---If the auction number provided does not match a valid invoice, the appointment may be declined or rescheduled.


---Appointments are only valid for invoices that are eligible for pickup within the designated pickup window.


---Failure to schedule an appointment within the pickup window may result in items being considered abandoned.

Once an item has left our premises, it will not be accepted for return, as damage can occur after pickup. ---Shipped Items: Covered under our separate shipping insurance policy. ---Deliveries: Items must be inspected prior to our team leaving the item with you. ---No Late Returns: Returns at a later time will not be eligible for store credit. 18. 5% CC Processing Fee is Nonrefundable ---Please note that the 5% credit card processing fee will never be refunded or calculated in the store credit amount, as this fee is charged to us by the processor at the time of payment, and the fee we charge simply covers that cost. To avoid the processing fee altogether, you are welcome to use one of our alternative payment methods: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. 19. WOW Cart: All WOW cart listings include only the items placed on the cart. The cart is not included and is for display purposes only, unless explicitly stated in the lot description. 20. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING SYSTEM TERMS ---LL Auctions uses a third-party booking platform to schedule pickup appointments. ---The scheduling platform is not connected to the bidding website login. ---Users must create a separate booking login the first time they schedule an appointment. ---Creating a booking account allows us to properly track pickups and maintain accurate accounting records. ---Appointments are scheduled on a first-come basis and must include the correct auction number(s) and bidder name associated with the invoice. ---Appointments will be approved once a valid invoice is located for the auction number(s) provided in the booking request. ---If the auction number provided does not match a valid invoice, the appointment may be declined or rescheduled. ---Appointments are only valid for invoices that are eligible for pickup within the designated pickup window. ---Failure to schedule an appointment within the pickup window may result in items being considered abandoned.

BIDDING TERMS ---By placing a bid, all bidders agree to be bound by this contract. ---All items are sold as-is, where-is, and all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are allowed. ---Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but may not fully reflect an item�s condition. See photos for item conditions, dimensions (if applicable), and any imperfections. ---No refunds or store credits will be issued for details clearly shown in photos but not mentioned in the description. ---Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos carefully before placing a bid. ---If additional information about an item is needed and not provided in the listing, email us at info@texasauctions.biz at least 48 hours before the auction closes. We will do our best to provide the requested details as soon as possible. ---Perform all inspections of items before bidding and be satisfied with their description, condition, and authenticity. ---Independently verify any information you deem important, including item details, photos, and descriptions. While believed to be accurate, neither the seller nor LL Auctions ---All bids are binding. Once placed, bids cannot be withdrawn or retracted. Bidders should carefully review their bid amounts before submitting. ---LL Auctions reserves the right to relist abandoned items. 2. SHIPPING TERMS ---The "Request Shipping" button is commonly clicked accidentally; thus it is NOT used to process shipping requests. ---To request shipping, reply to your emailed invoice after the auction closes or leave a note in the "Notes to the Auctioneer" section when bidding. ---We cannot ship large items. Please see the "Shipping" tab for more details. ---LL Auctions is not responsible for shipping damage. If insurance is added, the buyer is responsible for filing damage claims. ---Shipping costs under $50 will be processed automatically via the most economical option. Costs over $50 will be confirmed before processing. ---Requesting shipping does not extend the pickup deadline unless shipping arrangements are confirmed with our team. 3. PREVIEW UPDATE ---Please return items to their proper spots or leave them in the baskets to help keep everything organized. ---Your cooperation ensures we can continue offering previews without any issues. 4. STORE CREDIT POLICY ---We do not offer refunds. If an issue arises with an order, store credit may be issued at our discretion only after review and approval. ---Store credits are not automatically applied and must be requested on a future invoice. ---If store credit is approved, you will receive an email with details on how to redeem it. ---To use your store credit, reply to the email containing your invoice and specify the amount of credit to be applied. ---If an issued store credit is greater than the total of an invoice, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase. You will receive a follow-up email detailing the remaining store credit balance and redemption instructions. ---Full store credit cannot be applied if the purchased item(s) have not been returned. Items must be returned before a full store credit is provided. ---Items must be dropped off at 4311 Hwy 146, Bacliff, TX 77518 within one week of store credit approval. 5. PICKUP & REMOVAL TERMS ---Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, and packing materials. ---Due to insurance limitations, LL Auctions staff cannot assist with loading, packing, or removal. ---Buyer is responsible for the physical labor for dismantling, rigging, crating, loading, hauling, carrying and lifting of any items that they have purchased at their own expense and risk. ---All pickups are now by appointment only. ---Appointments allow our team to pre-pull orders in advance and maintain accurate accounting and inventory tracking. ---Items cannot be released without a scheduled appointment in the booking system. ---Customers arriving without an appointment will be asked to schedule one before items can be released. ---Items must be picked up no later than the TUESDAY following the auction close. ---Items not paid for and picked up by this deadline may be considered abandoned in accordance with our consignment agreement. ---LL Auctions reserves the right to relist or dispose of abandoned items. ---If you cannot pick up your items by the TUESDAY following the close of the auction, you must request shipping or delivery (fees apply). ---You may designate someone else to pick up your items by providing them with a paid invoice copy. ---If the person picking up does not have a copy of your invoice, we will call the number listed on your invoice to obtain authorization before releasing the items. ---Pickup Location: 4311 Hwy 146, Bacliff, TX 77518 Pickup Hours (By Appointment Only) ---Monday � Friday 11:00 AM � 2:00 PM 6:00 PM � 8:00 PM ---Closed Saturdays moving forward. ---We are not open to the public before 11:00 AM, as mornings are reserved for preparing upcoming auctions and scheduled pickup orders. ---The appointment system is directly tied to: accounting reconciliation, inventory tracking, proof of pickup documentation, pre-pull workflow, audit trail for invoice release ---Because of this, items cannot be released outside of the appointment system. ---No exceptions will be made for unscheduled arrivals. 7. BIDDING PLATFORM TERMS ---Items may be added or removed at the auctioneer�s discretion before the auction closes. ---LL Auctions cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the bidding platform due to potential system errors or malfunctions. ---In case of any errors or malfunctions of hardware or software, LL Auctions reserves the right to cancel any transaction, even if you have received confirmation of the transaction by email. ---While we strive to maintain a stable bidding experience, system errors or malfunctions may occur without notice. ---We cannot and will not guarantee uninterrupted access to this site or its services. ---LL Auctions makes no warranty that (a)your use of this site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, (b) the results that may be obtained from the use of the site will be accurate or reliable, (c) the quality of any information or other material obtained by you through the site will meet your expectations, (d) the use or the inability to use the site, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on this site; or any other matter relating to this site. 8. FIREARMS TERMS ---Firearms can only be previewed by appointment at the FFL dealer�s location, not at LL Auctions. ---No firearms are kept on-site at LL Auctions. ---Firearms must be picked up at the FFL dealer listed in the item�s description. ---The registered bidder�s name must match the name on the firearm registration. ---Firearms cannot be transferred to another individual. ---Pickup or shipping must be scheduled within 7 days of auction close. ---After 7 days, the firearm will be considered abandoned with no refund or store credit. ---Shipping is handled by the FFL dealer listed in the item description and must be sent directly to another FFL dealer. ---Buyers must coordinate shipping arrangements directly with the FFL dealer. ---Buyers must provide a valid driver�s license matching the name on the invoice to complete the required FFL paperwork and background check. ---A FFL transfer fee applies at pickup. While we believe this fee is $25, it is subject to change at the discretion of the FFL dealer. ---Firearms are not inspected by a gunsmith. Buyers should inspect firearms before use. ---If you cannot legally own a firearm or fail the background check, do not bid. ---No refunds or store credit will be issued if you are unable to meet these legal requirements 9. PAYMENT TERMS ---Invoices from different auctions cannot be combined. --- The credit card on file will be automatically charged unless a confirmed alternative payment (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash) or payment request is received by 1 PM on the day after the auction closes, or if you have a Permanent Payment Preference for Cash, Venmo, or PayPal on file with us. ---Accepted payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. ---A 5% credit card processing fee applies unless an alternative payment method or cash request is received before the deadline. ---Hibid does not support automatic payments through alternative payment methods.
