By registering to bid or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by all of these terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of the site.

1. Estimates & Descriptions
High and low estimates are provided solely for the convenience of the Buyer. My Consignment Store makes no warranties of any kind relating to them. Internet bidders acknowledge that they are not able to inspect the lots in person and that examination via photo/video is not a substitute for physical inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition and value.

2. "As-Is" Sale & Finality
All lots are sold “AS-IS” and all sales are FINAL. No credit card chargebacks will be accepted for any reason. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation.

3. Buyer’s Premium & Taxes
All Internet Bidders agree to pay a buyer’s premium equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the hammer price of each item purchased. In addition, a 7.5% sales tax will be applied to the total purchase price unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided, or buyer is located out of state and having products shipped to their home out of state.

4. Payment & Declined Transactions
Payment for the winning bid, buyer’s premium, taxes, and shipping/handling charges will be made at the time the auction is reconciled using the credit card on file. Bidder authorizes My Consignment Store to charge the credit card provided. A $50 handling fee will be assessed for each declined credit card transaction.

5. Shipping & Handling
Shipping is available and will be billed once payment in full for the auction items has been made. Shipping quotes should be requested before you bid. Some lots may not be available for in-house shipping and require local pick-up in Orange Park, FL, or arrangements with a 3rd party shipper.

Certain small lots will be shipped in house, for all other lots we are partnered with the local UPS Store, they will reach out to arrange shipping options after auction closes and payment has been made.

6. Authenticity & Returns
My Consignment Store guarantees the authenticity of items as described (e.g., metal content, denomination, year). This guarantee specifically excludes the "grade" or "condition" of the item, which are subjective opinions. Any allowed returns must be requested in writing within 3 days of receipt and are at the sole discretion of My Consignment Store. An authorized return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved, parties agree to binding arbitration in the State of Florida. Bidder agrees that they will not file a dispute with a credit card company or PayPal. Violation of this provision constitutes a confession of judgment for fraud.

8. Technical Disclaimer
My Consignment Store provides internet bidding as a service. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have a claim against the auctioneer if internet service fails or bids are missed. Bidders are encouraged to use the pre-bidding feature and leave maximum bids at least 24 hours before the auction ends.
