Closing bids are FINAL and Customer agrees that their final closing highest bids are legal sales transactions.
For any declined credit cards, we will automatically attempt to charge the card again at a later time.

Hypnotique Auctions makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the items being sold. Descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction.

-SALES TAX
Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us PRIOR to the closing date of the auction. No sales tax will be refunded.

-PAYMENT
Upon sucessful registration and clicking the "Agree to Terms" box , the buyer agrees and grants permission to Hypnotique Auctions to bill the buyers credit card used for the registration for all items the buyer purchases in the auction. The buyer also understands by agreeing to these terms that they will be billed for these purchases regardless of whether the buyer fails to take ownership of the items.

GOLD/SILVER EXCEPTION- Purchases of gold & silver over $100 will require payment by bank wire or Zelle unless the item is picked up in person by the registered bidder.

Buyers that fail to take ownership of their items, and refuse to pay for these items, will be blocked from all future online auctions conducted by Hypnotique Auctions.


-ON SITE PICK UP
Hypnotique Auctions DOES NOT provide Customer with packing supplies, tools or equipment for removal and loading of Customer�s item(s).

Customer must supply their own packing supplies, tools, equipment and/or moving labor during their assigned pick up time. Customer retains responsibility for a safe and unobtrusive removal of items. During the pick up of items, the Customer is responsible for any damages to item(s) or property.

-SHIPPING
If you require shipping, please respond to the invoice email within 24 hours to request your items be shipped. Any requests made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

GOLD/SILVERY EXCEPTION- Purhases of gold & silver over $100 will require payment by bank wire or Zelle to be eligible for shipping. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOLD OR SILVER THAT WILL BE SHIPPED.

*Hypnotique Auctions charges actual shipping & marterial cost plus a packing fee of $1.00/min with a minimum of $10 per invoice. We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx. -ITEM(S) REMOVAL and NON-REMOVAL NOTICE
Purchases left beyond deadline for pickup will be forfeited without refund and Hypnotique Auctions reserves the right to resell any forfeited items.

-OFFSITE AUCTIONS- ITEM(S) REMOVAL and NON-REMOVAL NOTICE
For all "off site auctions" we will charge a debris removal fee of $25 PER LOT for any lots left past the pick up time an no refund will be given. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP.
