The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.

PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or with cashiers check. We will send buyer wiring instructions.

TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing onThursday, April 30th at 7:00 pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction.

LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Friday, May 1st from 9:00 - 1:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out time will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for your purchases on behalf of our seller. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times.

It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment.

CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Old West Realty & Auction LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR OLD WEST REALTY & AUCTION SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices; cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. Mid Plains Community College in McCook is conducting a remodeling of the 1st floor of McMillen Hall and are disposing of all the office furniture from there and some other areas around the campus. These pieces are in good working condition and have been well taken care of and would work well for anyone looking for desks, chairs, office chairs, conference tables, file cabinets, shelving, tables and much more. Please note that buyers will be in chage of dismantling all office furniture for removal. There will be an open house on Wednesday, April 22nd from 9:00 - 1:00 PM to view all these items.
