Auction Terms & Conditions
1. The online bidding will start closing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. 2. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 3. We reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 4. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium for those bidding online. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110. 5. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at conclusion of the auction. Credit cards will be charged at that time. If your items are coins or jewelry, payment in the form of cash, certified funds, or ACH (wire transfer) is required. 6. An email will be sent to you immediately following the auction to select your method of retrieval. If we have to transport items back to our facility, a fee of $20.00 per item may be charged to your credit card. PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS All goods not retrieved by the Buyer within 5 days after the auction end shall be subject to a daily storage fee of $5.00 per day if arrangements are not made. Then after 14 days the Buyer authorizes BRICKS AUCTIONS CENTER to dispose of the items and charge the credit card on file. In the few situations where a successful bidder does not remit payment when due, BRICKS AUCTION CENTER will proceed with the legalities necessary to protect its interests and will block the bidder from future auction participation. 7. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 8. SHIPPING/HANDLING It is the bidders responsibility to take shipping, handling, and insurance costs into consideration when bidding on items. Shipping, handling, insurance, and taxes will be added to all invoices that BRICKS AUCTION CENTER agrees to ship. We recommend you arrange insurance for your items immediately upon becoming the highest bidder. Shipping will be based on actual costs provided by UPS, USPS, or other carriers based upon the contents size and weight. Packaging and insurance will vary in cost depending on the contents and value of the shipment. Oversize and breakable items are not standard shippable items and will require shipment by a 3rd party shipper. BRICKS AUCTION CENTER cannot combine standard shippable items with oversize and breakable item shipments. If any employee or agent of BRICKS AUCTION CENTER packs or transports the merchandise, it is fully at risk, responsibility, and expense of the buyer BRICKS AUCTION CENTER shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may be caused by the said agent or employee. Shipping will occur within 2-14 business days from the date payment is received. Any risk to the item(s) during transit via UPS, or any other carrier is at risk of the buyer. Buyer releases BRICKS AUCTION CENTER from all claims for loss or theft to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorneys fees, for any claims brought against BRICKS AUCTION CENTER for loss or theft occurring during transit. BRICKS AUCTION CENTER will not be held responsible for loss, mis-delivery, or theft of packages. Insurance covers damage that occurred in shipment only. Specific requirements must be met during the claim process, including photographs of the damaged shipping box prior to opening. If there is no visible damage to the box, shipping damage claims will not be processed. Customer provided shipping labels will not be accepted. INSURANCE - Shipping insurance is automatically added to invoices for shipment to the United States and Canada locations. Insurance for all 3rd party shipments must be arranged through that carrier. Insurance purchased through BRICKS AUCTION CENTER applies only to shipments to the United States and Canada. Buyers must purchase their own insurance for shipments to other countries. Buyers sole responsibility to research and satisfy the requirements of any laws and regulations that apply to the import and export of property and for paying all shipping costs, customs and duties on the items. By law, BRICKS AUCTION CENTER cannot, and will not, declare lesser values for any international purchases and all shipments will include the invoice with purchase totals including the buyers premium and shipping cost. 3RD PARTY SHIPPING OF BREAKABLE, DELICATE, FRAGILE ITEMS - BRICKS AUCTION CENTER reserves the right to decline shipment of items based on its fragility. If an item is unable to be shipped in-house, the item will require shipment by a 3rd party or pick-up arrangements to be made. BRICKS AUCTION CENTER will not ship any items that are neon or contain neon. Other examples of fragile items include glass display cases of any size; coin-operated, arcade and vending items with fragile parts and/or glass; signs with parts or protrusions beyond the main body of the sign, oversized vases, high value lamps and glass of all sizes, high value artwork including but not limited to paintings, statuary, sculpture, figurines, dioramas, and other intricate items; and items subject to impact by moisture and known handling issues in the supply chain.
