Terms of Sale: No Buyer's Premium! Cash or Company/Personal Check with a valid I.D. and all items must be paid in full before leaving the auction site. All Items will be SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES. Items may be added or deleted without notice. Sale is subject to the confirmation of the seller. All bidders must be checked in before auction and show a photo I.D. to receive a bidder card. All items being sold with a title will need to be paid full in cash on auction day to receive title that same day if paid by check then the check must clear before receiving the title. Some items will be sold with a bill of sale.

Possession: Personal Property - with a paid sale receipt and items must be paid in full before removing them from property.

Announcements: All announcements day of sale supersede all previous announcements printed or verbal.
