All property is sold "as-is" and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. 2. There is a 5% surcharge added to the total bids of all purchases paid by credit or debit card. 3. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for payment. 4. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between Wells Auction & Realty and the bidder throughout any transactions. 7. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchasers failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Greene County Indiana. 8. All sales are final. 9. The items in this auction are from the home and collections of the late Steven Brandlein. Steven spent 6 years in the Army National Guard of Indiana before beginning his lifetime vocation restoring vintage furniture, painting, becoming an accomplished pool and billiard player, winning chess and Scrabble, mastering vocal and instrumental music and winning the national tomahawk throwing competition at Friendship for 8 successive years. Come enjoy a spring morning at a live auction.
Directions: From U.S. 231 south of Cloverdale, turn west on Hwy 42 and go � mile to C.R. 1100 S. Go 2.7 miles, then turn left on Meridian Line Rd. Go 1/10 mile and turn right on C.R. 1150 S and go � mile to auction.
