Bid online now through Thursday, April 23rd at alderferauction.com. This auction will begin closing at 8 PM at a rate of 5 lots per minute. Active bidding will be auto-extended 3 minutes for each lot once it begins to close.

Steiff plush selections make up a large portion of the sale including bears, bison, monkeys, rabbits and more. In addition to Steiff there are many antique and vintage toys, they include a Wyandotte toy bicycle,  a 1956 Rempel squeeze toy, antique block puzzles, porcelain tea sets, wicker doll carriages and doll furniture, a Tudor Style dollhouse and American Girl accessories. Noma and Paramount vintage string lights and Jones Metal Products Candy Cane Candle lights are highlighted in our holiday-themed pieces. In addition to holiday decorations, there are a wide assortment of holiday postcards including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Valentines Day. For the ephemera collectors out there, be on the look out for Victorian paper die-cuts, trad cards, advertising, travel postcards and Presidential Inauguration collections.

Sterling includes Gorham clothing brushes, vanity accessories, serving ware , and handbags, with additional complimenting silverplate items. These include serving utensils and table accessories.

A notable category in the catalog is musical instruments, with multiple harp instruments included. These harps are full-size string instruments and represent a distinct offering within the otherwise tableware-focused sale. Along with the musical instrument options, one can also add stereo amplifiers, turntables, stereo receivers and vintage reel-to-reel devices.

Decorative household items include portrait miniatures, carriage clocks, balance scales, countertop advertising, a General Electric brass blade fan, World’s Fair collectibles and more. Several lots include grouped publications and industrial lighting.
