15% buyers premium will be added to the total invoice price. Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder upon the closing of the auction. 3.29% processing fee on card transactions.

No credit card charge backs allowed. Mississippi 7% SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless a resale tax permit/exemption number is on file.

All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without any guarantees or warranties from Auction 18, LLC. All item details can be found under the "Item Description" section of each listing. Auction 18, LLC. absolutely can **not** hold or store any items that are not picked up during the allotted pick-up dates and times. If you know you will not be able to pick your items up during the allotted dates/times, please do not bid. Review the pick-up dates and times of every auction to determine whether you will be able to attend pick up. Occasionally our auction and pickup dates will change despite our consistent schedule so be sure to confirm dates/times for every auction. Winning bidders are welcome to send someone in their place to pick up their items at their discretion only. Make arrangements over the phone or email for them to come and have a seamless process. Bidders picking up may be asked to present identification in order to receive items. Holding requests will incur a storage fee to be paid upon pick up.

Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction item scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.
