Firearm purchase information: Must provide a current (non-expired) driver's license. Only Minnesota residents may purchase a handgun. Must possess an MN permit to carry or purchase if you are purchasing a handgun or a firearm, SAMSAW per MN statute 624.712 Must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a firearm from a Federal Firearms License holder. Bidder profile names must match the identification provided at the time of pick up. Background check information: If DENIED, the bidder will receive a refund of money spent minus a $50 processing fee.
