2. This is an as is where is auction. All decsriptions are just the auctioneers opinion. You are responsible for doing your own inspection of the items. If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility.
3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility.
4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable.
5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid.
6. any large items must be paid for with cash, check or bank transfer. we do not let you pay for vehicles on a credit card.
