Burgess Auctions LLC presents Treasures from Many Homes, an online-only auction closing Monday, April 20, 2026, drawing more than 300 lots from four East Central Indiana household consignments.
Four homes. Four lifetimes of collecting. One auction.
The collection spans Waterford crystal (bird figurine, shaving set, cut crystal jar), Bing & Grøndahl commemorative plates, Haviland Limoges and Narumi fine china, and 65+ additional lots of glass, pottery, and porcelain — a glass collector's dream in a single catalog.
Art buyers will find Thomas Kinkade original oil on canvas ("Catalina from Descanso"), a Kinkade framed limited print, a signed Mary Branson winter watercolor, and a Paul N. Norton Steamboat Delta Queen watercolor.
Sterling silver is represented by Duchin weighted candlesticks and Frank M. Whiting & Co. accessories. Coin lots include a 1936 Walking Liberty half dollar, Indian Head penny collection, and world coin groupings.
Furniture includes Smith Brothers of Berne, Indiana pieces — a lounge chair and a floral armchair and ottoman with original purchase invoice. Ducks Unlimited by Kincaid tables round out the room lots.
Books collectors will appreciate Will Durant's complete Story of Civilization (10 vols) and The World's Best Orations.
