  • All units will be sold subject to lessee redemption.  If units are paid before sale time, they will not be sold.
  • All units are sold “AS IS and WHERE IS.” We make no warranties or guarantees, at any time, on any unit or the contents of that unit. 
  • A $50 CASH cleaning deposit per unit will be charged at the conclusion of the auction, and will be refunded IF the unit is cleaned within 48 hours.
  • Payment for the UNIT COST is Cash or card (3%).  Checks only with pre-approval of Auctioneer.
  • All auctions are conducted in accordance with the Virginia Self-Service Storage Act. 
  • Held rain or shine.
  • Not responsible in case of accident. 
  • Announcements on sale day supersede printed matter.
