Internet Premium: 15% Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Payment Instructions: Internet Buyer's Premium: A 15% buyers premium will be added to all winning bids placed online. Participation Requirements: All bidders must register with a valid credit card. Emerald Auction Group reserves the right to approve or deny bidder registration at our sole discretion. Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Invoices totaling over $10,000 must be paid via bank wire transfer within 24 hours of the auction close. Wire instructions will be provided upon request. Payment Instructions: Payment due immediately following auction close. All unpaid invoices will automatically be charged to bidders card on file within 24 hours after the close of the auction. The total charged will include the hammer price, 15% buyers premium, 3.99% + 0.25c credit card processing fee, and any applicable sales tax. A paid invoice will be emailed to the address associated with your bidder registration once payment is processed. If you require shipping, please notify Emerald Auction Group by selecting shipping on your invoice and emailing us at support@emeralduactiongroup.com so your items can be picked up by our preferred shipper after the auction pickup day. Location: 3535 Curtice Road, Northwood, OH 43619 Local Pickup and Shipping Policy: Local Bidders (Within 1.5 Hours) - If you're located within 1.5 hours of the pickup site, you're expected to retrieve your items during the scheduled removal window. If you cant make it, please arrange for someone (friend, family member, etc.) to pick up on your behalf. If you're unable to do so, we kindly ask that you do not place bids. Out-of-Town & Out-of-State Buyers - If youre more than 1.5 hours away or located out of state, were happy to help coordinate shipping. You are responsible for notifying that you would like your items shipped when paying your invoice and/or by emailing the auctioneer. All shipping costs and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and Emerald Auction Group is not responsible for your items once handed off to the shipper. (See shipping instructions) Mandatory Removal Deadline: All items must be removed by the specified pickup date without exception. If you are unable to attend during the scheduled hours, arrangements may be made to meet at an alternate time only if approved in advance. A $50 fee will be charged to cover staff time and scheduling outside normal removal hours. Any items not removed by the specified pickup date will be considered abandoned and may be resold, donated, trashed, or returned to auctioneer or seller without further notice. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items. Buyer Removal Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and insurance for the safe and lawful removal of items. Bring help to load your items. Auction staff will not assist with lifting, loading, disassembly, or packing. Please bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your paid invoice to claim your purchases. As-Is, Where-Is: All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. Descriptions are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect items or ask questions prior to bidding. No refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances. All Sales Final: All bids are binding. No bid cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. By placing a bid, you enter into a legal contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.
