**There is no common space parking in the enclave.  Parking will be on Main Street.  Small items available for shipping or transfer to Twinsburg Warehouse (fee applied) for pick up.  Lots and multiple purchases do not apply for shipping or transfer

Please bring or have available on your phone a paid copy of your invoice or if paying cash, please have exact change.

Please do not bid if you can not attend pick up.  Please familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions. Invoices are sent the evening prior to pick up.

This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited. Winning Bidders are responsible for removing and loading all items.

Once you leave the property there will be no disputes regarding missing items, or condition issues. Please check your orders before you leave.
