PAYMENT TERMS

A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases.
New York State sales tax (8%) will be applied to all taxable items unless a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate is provided and approved prior to the close of the auction.

By registering for this auction, the bidder authorizes Local Line Auctions LLC to charge the credit/debit card on file for all purchases immediately upon auction completion.

In the event of a declined or failed transaction, the bidder remains fully responsible for payment. Failure to remit payment constitutes a breach of the auction terms and may result in suspension from all current and future auctions, including both online and in-person events.

PICKUP INFORMATION

All purchased items must be removed within three (3) calendar days following the close of the auction.

Pickup is by appointment only. Successful bidders will receive notification via email and/or text message with instructions to schedule a pickup time.

No early pickups, late pickups, or unscheduled arrivals will be permitted.

REMOVAL OF PROPERTY

All items must be removed in full during the scheduled pickup appointment.

The purchaser is solely responsible for:

Providing all necessary labor, tools, and equipment
Safe removal and transportation of items

Local Line Auctions LLC does not provide loading assistance. Any person entering the premises for removal does so at their own risk.

CONDITION OF ITEMS / DISCLAIMER

All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied.

Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. The bidder is responsible for inspecting items and determining condition and suitability prior to bidding.

FINALITY OF SALE

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances.

ABANDONED PROPERTY

Any items not removed within the specified three (3) day pickup period shall be deemed abandoned property.

Abandoned items may, at the sole discretion of Local Line Auctions LLC, be:

Resold
Donated
Disposed of

The purchaser forfeits all rights, title, and interest in abandoned items and no refunds or credits will be issued.

DEFAULT / NON-COMPLIANCE

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including non-payment or failure to remove items, may result in:

Suspension or permanent ban from future auctions
Revocation of bidding privileges
Additional legal remedies as permitted under the laws of the State of New York
GENERAL TERMS
