TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. Magnificent Turtle Rock Sale
A lifetime friend whose parents were well travelled intellectuals with great taste.... As always our sales are by appointment Please email me at fred@fredrickstegmann.com to request an appointment. Please do not call or text. I will email you details by 10 pm the night before your appointment. There is no need to email mulitiple times.
MCM, Asian, crystal, glassware, stemware, china, porcelain, very nice kitchen (they were incredible cooks,) including china, platters, wood, containers, serving pieces...all great quality... Books, books, and more book...all subjects and very interesting, Clothing, nice brands, packed closets for both men and women, some vintage. Purses, belts, shoes, scarves, accessories... Christmas, holiday and lots of decor in general. Tools and various garage as well... A nice assortment of Baccarat, Christofle, Waterford, figurines, animal and abstract. Furniture includes upholstered side chairs, sectional couch, wooden dining chairs, kitchen set, desk, linens and bedding as well.. More as we organize. Will likely post pictures Thursday evening before the sale Friday April 17 and Saturday April 18....stay tuned! |
