AUCTION CLOSING & EXTENSIONS � Staggered Closing: Bidding concludes for one lot every few seconds in catalog order. � Soft Close: If a bid is placed within the final two (2) minutes of a lot�s closing, the time for that lot (and any linked group lots) will automatically extend for an additional two minutes. 6. PAYMENT & REMOVAL � Deadlines: All purchases must be paid in full within the scheduled removal dates. Adam Breault Auctions accepts Cash, Check, Credit Cards, PayPal, and Venmo. � Credit Card Limit: Purchases over $1,000.00 via credit card require pre-approval. � Default: If items are not paid for by the close of the pickup window, the credit card used for registration will be charged the full invoice amount. � Removal: Buyers are responsible for all rigging, loading, and transport. Pete & Julia Lier Estate Online Auction
It is a privilege and a sentimental milestone for us to announce the remaining liquidation of the Pete and Julia Lier Estate. This auction is more than just an auction; for our family, it�s a personal journey. Having sat in Julia�s 4th-grade classroom and run laps in Pete�s gym class, we developed a deep respect for the Liers long before we became their movers and auctioneers. A few years ago, we had the honor of moving Pete and Julia from their longtime home on St. Andrews Court to their condo on Kemp Court. Today, things have come full circle as we help transition their cherished belongings to new homes.
