We accept cash and Venmo only (no checks or cards). Reception is bad at sale…please prioritize cash! Bring help to carry out large items. Please bring your own bags to take out items. All items are sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. No returns or warranties or guarantees. Please show respect for our neighbors and do not park in front of driveways or double park. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur in or near the sale. We prefer items be removed during the sale. If you buy a large number of items/large items, we can arrange pickup on Monday. No early birds will be admitted to the sale. Please do not line up before 8:30am. We do not set aside items before or after the Sale. In case of inclement weather, we will post an update here. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please do not call asking for holds or if items are still available. Just come. |
